My daughter recommended that we try this place. We ordered our ramen on their website as instructed. I had the tonkotsu ramen and it was very good. The Cha shi was tasty and there was more pieces than I sometimes get in a sit down place. The broth was delicious and the noodles were not overly cooked. The dish was given to us in separate containers so that the broth was separate from the rest. I will come back to try other dishes. The Smart Kitchen format was kind of weird at first, but once we actually got there and got used to it, it’s an interesting way to operate a group of restaurants and not bad.The issue for us was locating the place. We actually attempted to find it twice. The first time was at night time and we could just not figure out which one was the location. The food was delicious for what I got it seems simple but fulfilled my appetite and that is what counted for the time I bought here. I gotten from Din ho menu and it was good and it was tasty . The place is clean and simple to order.
