Sometimes you just need to have the soft serve by itself and let it shine. My absolute favorite flavor is their ube. It's the perfect amount of sweetness, dense, and creamy. It's our dessert must have when we visit the Spectrum.
Ube and Matcha Marvels!Tried Ube and Matcha at this ice cream spot, and even as a non-matcha fan, I was pleasantly surprised. Both flavors were delightful—Ube was rich, Matcha was surprisingly good. Highly recommend checking them out for a unique and tasty ice cream experience!

Seriously one of my favorite desserts ever. Such a great combination of warm, crispy Japanese taiyaki with smooth and gently sweet Korean soft serve! I always get the matcha soft serve with matcha powder and a Nutella filled taiyaki.
