This local is great but the service is so weak. Bad attitude in general, the cashier snarled at me. Then went about something a few mins later without looking up said I’m ready whenever you are!!The employee was rude leaving an uncomfortable atmosphere, definitely one of the worst Starbucks I’ve had the displeasure of entering for a cup of coffee.

I saw there was Starbucks in Vons since the original walk in was closed. The pudgy guy at the counter ignored me entirely. Finally my husband came up and ordered green over trees for us. "I don't have any". You don't have any of you haven't made any? "I haven't made any". Can you make some? "No I don't fell like making any". So, there you go. Why does Starbucks bother allowing these lazy a$$es run their stores?

Super convenient for the hotel guest or local office worker in nearby building. Nothing like getting the perfect start with just enough caffeine.

Today 9/21/20 at around 930 am I went to order a drink + ham & Swiss at the Irvine Marriott Starbucks I was standing there for minutes not being acknowledged because the worker was having an non work related conversation with a woman about nothing just talking talking talking she then referred to me as sir but I am a woman then of course my drink was made wrong she has terrible customer service sad I never want to order there again when she is there my sandwich is also not all the way coooked she is terrible and needs to go back to training

Overall, bad service. I ordered two blueberry oatmeals and one hot matcha green tea latte. When I came to the window he asked me if I wanted hot or cold. I said hot. My friend doesn't speak English well but she also let him know it was hot. Bradley then gave us a cold one, I kindly let him know it was supposed to be hot. He then said exasperatedly "yeah she wanted hot" in a condescending manner. Afterwards, he gave us our order and he sarcastically said have a nice day. I then looked through my order and it was missing the blueberries. I've come to this location for years and I've always liked the way they treat me: friendly and extremely polite to the Latinx population. However, I was disappointed by the treatment today.

Long wait at drive tru. This is the worst location ever, it'll take 1.5hr before you get your drink. Not coming back.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Terrible service. They wouldn't sell me coffee today. Had a mask on and everything. Ready to p pay, they said no. Will never buy anything from Starbucks again.

Staff is nice but just can't get any drinks right ever. The past three visits have had issues. And I don't mean they gave me light cream instead or normal cream. I mean giving me a completely different drink. Will be avoiding this location and going to anywhere else in the future.

Bradley here saved the day! We went to the drive-thru location on 5359 University who did not let us order despite coming to the line before closing but allowed the people behind us to order. We were trapped in that line for 20 mins because the person ahead ordered 6 frappes. We went to this location 15 mins before closing and told them what happened. Bradley kindly resolved the situation and offered excellent customer service.

Workers are not wearing masks or gloves and are crowded upon of each other like it is business as usual, while the rest of us are obeying the restrictions for Covid-19. This will be the last time I visit this drive through. Selected one star because the app made me select something.
