Used to be one my favorites years ago. Just keep making poor decisions. Latest Is to block off 1 of 2 restrooms for employee only use.. That literally sits empty all day long while there is a line of people trying to use the one remaining stall.. Operations management, not a strength.
I work next to this location and by far my fave starbs spot. Usually stroll in from 9-10:30am and the staff is great! I can't think of all the names but the 2 that come to mind are Daisy and Sam. Super nice (again, the whole staff is great but I'm going blank on other names rn) I can see why ppl maybe upset on the wait, especially if it's a mobile pick up, but this is such a busy store due to its prime location , expect a lil wait from time to time ... also, everytime I go to...read full review

I feel sorry for the employees that work here that have to deal with rude and entitled customers that I've seen plenty of times when I come to this store. I've heard customers bark at the baristas that they're running late to work and need their order asap.
