We had a great dinner here. Food has been consistently amazing at both locations I’ve gone to. Shoestring fries are 10/10. Servers were kind!

It's a great place I had to try it twice to make sure it was like the first time! I like my burgers rare and exactly how I wanted it! Very rarely do I find a place that will make the food how you ask! I'll be going there more often for sure

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our first visit here. We ordered drinks and those came out quick (water and soda). My husband ordered the cowboy fries and the BBQ burger, I ordered a side of sweet potatoe fries and a side salad with ranch. My husband's order came out, and my side salad with the wrong dressing. I ate the salad with the dressing I was given since I also like that one. My husband asked about the sweet potatoe fries to the gal assisting. She said she would check on them..no one ever came back over to check on us, or ask if we needed anything, so I walked to the bar area where our waitress and the gal assisting were standing and asked for a side of mayo and to check on the fries and she said they were working on them. Waitress finally brought the fries along with what I assume was Horseradish sauce. So we never did get mayo. No one even apologized about the delay in the aweet potayoe fries or what happened with my order. Restaurant was not busy at the time, maybe that should have been a sign since it was dinner time. We won't be returning here.

Just not what it used to be...Went in for a quick bite before picking up family at SNA. Beer selection consisted of a bunch of AB/Inbev pseudo craft beers and half of the taps were empty. Asked for a Sierra Nevada and got an 18 month old bottle that reeked of oxidation. Ordered a medium done burger on lettuce and received a costco-esque patty with no pink at all. I miss the old Woodbury Town Center location.

Amazing Top Quality Burgers! Soooo Delicious ?!! …I made a custom Burger, Bison Burger with avocado, bacon, fried onion rings with there house made thousand island! The bison pattie was cooked to perfection and the bacon too! Fresh thick slices of Avocado ?! …I went at lunch time, and the service was great! She got me in and out of there! Thank you, I will be back again with the whole family!!?

I usually love this place. Not sure what happened today. Ordered online for pickup. Decided to sit at the bar and order a drink while I wait for my pickup order. Place had very few customers. They must have forgotten about the drink and online order completely. Took so long that I canceled the drink and asked for my online order which apparently had already been ready for a while. Other than that staff is nice. I usually love this place.
For a takeout order: No sauce on burger even though I asked for everything, no napkins in bag, woman who helped me was clearly unhappy and for a $25 burger (1/2 burger plus tax), so not worth it. Dry and gross.

Visiting from Dallas. The food was delicious. I would definitely eat there again next time I visit Orange County.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. No sauce on burger, cold bun, soggy fries and all sauces are served cold and on the side. They ask what sauce you want on your burger and then tell you after they don’t put sauces on their burgers or chicken sandwich. They give you cold sauce with cold buns and unmelted cheese. Biggest ripoff I’ve ever seen. And to top it off online ordering gives options that the store no longer offers!!!!! Worst Experience I’ve had in California in my Life!!!!DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE!!!!!!

I would give a big fat 0 if I could. In from out of town found this place looks good. I sit down at the bar. I’m given a menu not asked if I want a drink and nothing else for 15 minutes I sat there. Filled out my create your own burger and nothing. HORRIBLE service!!! Never got to find out if they had good burgers or not. Only in Cali can a place like this stay in business.
