This restaurant blew my expectations out of the water! My bf has known the owner through covid and thank god he could make it through with Cluck Kitchen and the Cut. It’s very obvious the owner and chefs have a PALETTE. I got the pork belly burger and my god. The havarti and the sweetness of the bacon jam are choices the opposite of arbitrary. Also the tots in the cheese sauce were absolutely the best I’ve ever had. The quality of ingredients here along with the FLAVOR is unmatched. Easily among my top ten favorite restaurants and I consider myself a bit of a snob when it comes to a menu. This place deserves fame, straight up. To me also the service at a restaurant really doesn’t matter if the food is amazing, but everyone there was so kind and helpful. 10/10 experience , we will be back ASAP.

Was visiting from out of town and always on the prowl for great burgers during my travels. There are some truly great burger joints in So Cal and The Cut is right up there with the best of them. I always start with the basic burger, and this one did not disappoint. Cooked perfectly to medium rare and seasoned well with a burger to bun ratio that was spot on. The bun held up well and I devoured it immediately. The fries were fantastic as well with plenty of garlic and seasoning to satisfy my needs. The atmosphere is positive with plenty of seating and access to the outside world. Staff was a pleasure to chat with and seemed very proud of the business. Will definitely return when in the area.Parking: Parking is ample. No issues.

I actually gave this place another chance, visiting during the dinner hours when they have gluten free buns available. Turns out—surprise!—they have no gluten free precautions, so if you need, you know, food that is gluten free, you're SOL. Can't believe I fell for it ☹️.***They wasted our time, telling us they had gluten free options when, for lunch, they functionally don't. Unfortunately we were under time pressure, so the end result was I wound up unable to eat lunch. By "they" I mean the business website, as I don't remember the servers making any particular error. If the servers were slow to inform us, it was not to any degree that would have been problematic had we not been under time pressure.Vegetarian options: Probably not? Don't remember.Dietary restrictions: Lunch menu has no gluten free option. Strongly recommend against, and strongly recommend the website reflect this rather than touting it's gluten free offerings as though they're reliably available.Parking: Oodles of it.Kid-friendliness: Don't kids often like burgers? I feel like they even have a kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Looked accessible.

My partners ordered the blu cheese burger, Cubano, chicken salad, and they all were i.pressed with the food quality and taste. I will get a picture for sure next time.
Very poor service and rude wait staff! My group left during the ordering process due to very rude waitress! Would recommend other burger spots in area over this place that clearly does not care about customer service!
