I am not vegan... I want to say this first, but I found this place here on yelp. Thought the food looked so good I have to give it a try. And I am so happy I did. The place is kinda hard to find as it is inside the vegan market. So it's kinda of in an industrial area. But it's a cute little market, with tons of vegan snacks and food. You get a choice between 1) impossible 2) beyond meat 3) beet patty for the radical burger. I asked them what they recommended and they said to choose the impossible. It's delicious and their sauce makes it yummy. At home, I cook the impossible and beyond meat patties for my burger and while it's good it's not the same as the Radical burger. They use vegan cheese and I can't really tell much difference between the vegan and real cheese.

I really enjoyed this place, and the owner is so nice! I had the radical burger with the homemade beet patty. The flavor was perfect. The texture was a little soft, but overall I really enjoyed it. The french fries were delicious too! My friend had La Chingona and loved it. Nothing feels better than supporting a delicious, local, vegan establishment! I will definitely be back.
