My visit to Umami Burger was less than satisfactory, earning it a two-star rating. The service was abysmal; there was no one available to address concerns or take orders promptly. The food, while acceptable, didn't stand out, and the atmosphere left much to be desired. The quality of the food has been rather subpar the last two visits. Figured it may have been a fluke but twice was enough for me to throw in the towel. The server was friendly but granted we we're the only couple at the entire restaurant that we may have only seen her once after dropping off the food. The location maybe whats hindering it because of the attachment to the improv . As I said earlier I may not be returning.
