I was a Gaucho for a couple of years and the UCSB dining commons are nothing but special to me. Pizza, burgers, pasta, sandwich bar, salad bar, waffle machine, unlimited soda, all-you-can-eat everything all with a simple card swipe! I love the fact that they have sushi, but it typically has cooked fish (likely to prevent diseases). Also, it has an almost eerie atmosphere due to the lighting, and has a painting of the Odyssey -- a bit offputting if you've taken Classics 40 with the Gucci Dr. Gallucci
