Food is what you go here for but ordered a pizza on the phone 20 minutes before getting there and they had it ready but asked every high-school kid in the restaurant if they had pickup didn't bother asking me and I was 2nd in line literally waited 10/15 minutes before they asked if im here for a pickup...they need to do better about that other than that the pizza is fire ?.
This was my second time ordering from Scratch Pizza in Etiwanda and Bellgrave in Jurupa Valley. The pizza and calzones are excellent. The service has been great. The building is very small and they get backed up with orders on the weekends so be prepared to wait a bit longer for your order.

I've been eating here for years and love the food...But I had to write this review due to the new service fee if you order online! Why am I being charged more for an easier way that doesn't require your employees more work, but if I call in you don't charge it! Very disappointed in this sneaky money grab.
