“What an amazing experience we had! Colleen was so generous with us to show us the caves and the whole staff was kind and courteous. If you find yourself in Sonoma County, you have to visit Kunde Winery!”
“Walked in for a few glasses of wine. The ladies were super friendly and helpful and the Pinot noir was full bodied and tasty. Great ambiance outside and when ordered another glass up front they knew what we were drinking. Great customer service. I believe it was Abby and Kaitlyn (spelling?) that helped us and are amazing! Thank you for a great experience and will return for a full tasting next time”
“While on our way from Healdsburg to Sonoma, we stopped by Ledson for the classic tasting. It is a standing tasting at the bar area. Casual, with no pressure. We were in the Sonoma area between Christmas and New Year’s which was perfect. No crowds, no traffic, and lots of attention. The wine was fantastic, and Denise was great. She listened to what our likes were and offered a couple additional options which we ended up purchasing. The Ledson is a beautiful, brick home turned winery. The grounds are gorgeous and the woodwork inside is breathtaking. There are more formal sit down tastings if you prefer. The prices are reasonable too. Definitely recommend. We had a great time.”
“As usual, dinner was very tasty and the portions generous ! First time having their bbq oysters… looked like an oyster shell filled with bbq sauce. The beet salad was ok. The seared ahi dinner was delicious !”
“Incredible! Great food and service and location is on my way to work at the hospital. One of my patients suggested I go to your restaurant....... I can't thank them enough!!!”
“Excellent wines! Love the Primitivo and Prosecco. The pizzas are very tasty and recommend the Sicilian burger. The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. Teresa at the deli is great! Mike R and Florencia made our last private tasting special. And there’s the great Vittorio, friendly and always smiling. Great place to taste wine, eat and have a lovely day!”
“Been coming here for like 7 years. Service is good and food is amazing. Order the fish and chips. Ping pong table is really fun. My son threw the paddle and hit the pizza oven. The chef was cool about it and didn’t yell at me.”

“Very Nice little hidden away restaurant away from the hustle and bustle. Definitely worth going out of the way for. Service was excellent and you can tell a lot of thought went into their dishes. For a Michelin star restaurant I thought it was very well priced. If you're in the wine country you definitely should make a reservation.”
“The hand pulled mozzarella. That is all that needs to be said. If you come here you MUST order the hand pulled mozzarella. All the other food was really good, but I cannot say enough about the mozzarella. Would recommend with the house made pesto.”
“Brilliant experience in one of their yurts. Lovely food, nice drinks, good staff. It’s not cheap but it’s Napa isn’t it, and the food is excellent. I also like that they don’t charge corkage for the first bottle you bring. Also they are very kid friendly.”
“Saul, thank you and your staff for always providing wonderful service and meals, always such a yummy treat! Wonderful friendly service, amazing menu selections and nightly specials too!MMMMMMmmmmmmm....Cheers Chief n Maurine”
“Being Brazilian of Portuguese descent and a good cook, my expectations were managed. I didn't check reviews or saw photos but took a look at their menu outside and had to try their Portuguese dishes. The cod fritters bolinhos de bacalhau were authentic and delicious. It's hard to make them and find descent salted cod. The wine flights, white port wine, desserts and the whole dining experience were fantastic. These days most restaurants are very expensive with mediocre or just ok food. La Salette made me believe in great food again. The flavors kept building up and surprised us. We're coming back soon.”
“Love, love, love this place! The food is outstanding. I have enjoyed every single dish I've ordered here. Creative and delicious Mexican food. Not your typical Mexican place.Staff is super friendly and attentive. You will not be disappointed.Parking: There is a parking lot adjacent to the restaurant that many do not realize is available.”
“It was a very special and unexpected experience for us. Ramone S., our server, was excellent. Very personable, knowledgeable and attentive in the best way. His team was charming and lovely and supported him and spoiled us flawlessly. truly hoping it's not a once in a lifetime opportunity.♥️ yes”
“Absolutely amazing service, quality, and menu options! Spoke with the owner who provided evidence of their ingredient adherence to health over simplicity, and the ability to cater to unique dietary needs. Some of the best, wholesome service I've ever experienced!Dietary restrictions: GF and dairy free aware and able to provide. The only place I've seen stock non-dairy cheese for their menu items!”
“Service, food & ambiance are excellent. Every dish we had was delicious. We started with the mini ham biscuits. grilled artichoke & butternut squash soup. Entrees Filet of sole, Pulled pork sandwich & Green rice. Meyer Lemon pie, ice cream & beignets for desert. Also had an excellent LMR Pinot. Our service was great. Only improvement would be better coffee. There are a lot of restaurant choices in the area this is one of the best!”
“I love this spot, each time I go it is consistently delicious. It is evident that a lot of intention and care goes into the menu, quality, and service. A+ in my book, and I rarely am down to pay $15+ for a sando. Some may find that pricey but THESE ARE GOURMET STATUS AND VERY MUCH WORTH IT.Pictured top to bottom: Bahn Mi (inspired) and the Point Reyes.Tbh this is my second review because I just appreciate this spot and want to see it succeed and stay open. Also the owner is very kind and courteous and deserves it.If I get a membership at the gym it is located within, it will be in part due to The Local :)”
“We were visiting Sonoma and arranged a dinner for 6 at El Dorado Kitchen. The restaurant is open so you can see the kitchen, the service is wonderful and the food was terrific. A very good wine list (as you'd expect in Sonoma). Our table was probably a little loud but the open atmosphere asborbed the sound and the waitress managed us perfectly. Highly recommended!!”
“Outstanding! Please please go if you have the opportunity. Our server was exceptional and asked about allergies right away. I informed them of my weird stone fruit allergy and we ordered the 4 course which includes dessert. He promptly came back to the table and informed me they couldn't do the first course I requested because of my allergy and I ordered another. The food is so so so good. Truly outstanding. Get the Cordo. Amazing experience. Would go back tomorrow if I could.”
“We initially did not intend to do any tasting here. We originally intended to go to another winery and then we decided to squeeze Hall in since it was included in our hotel stay. We knew nothing about Hall going in. We were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the tasting room was as well as how much we enjoyed the wine. I'm trying to enjoy more red wine as opposed to white and this place gave me a huge push in that direction. The wine was great. Lastly, I will say how great Joego was. He was entertaining as well as giving us a lot of great information on their wine. In the end, we didn't end up going to that other winery at all but we were completely happy with that. Hall was the perfect winery to end our stay in Napa Valley”
“Wonderful place. We tried all the specials. Bean soup (delicious). Pot roast (so tender). Beignets (straight from New Orleans).I really appreciated the portions, and that they were willing to split the entrées between me and my partner without any hassle. The wine list is also above reproach. Great variety of Sonoma county and external wines. Looking at you Bonny Doon from Aptos. When we come back to Glen Ellen, this will be on the list to visit again.”
“Auberge du Soliel never disappoints. It is pricey, but defiunitely worth it for special occasions. The view out over the Napa Valley is special. The service is top-notch. Everyone works together to provide a fantastic dining experience. The food is always great, and never boring. Everyone who can afford it should make the trip and have a great experience.”
“There’s a reason Pride has almost a perfect 5 star review. Excellent wine and a gorgeous winery with cave tour. The views of the vineyards are spectacular.Let’s start with the 15 min drive up the hill, which gains about 2000 ft in elevation. Lots of turns so those who struggle with car sickness should take note. You’ll pass gorgeous vineyards as you meander through a thick canopy of forest. The tasting room and facilities are beautiful. Lots of photo opportunities throughout the grounds. Nicole was our guide and she was a joy.The tour of the cave was my favorite. You can smell the oak and wine as they are aging hundreds of barrels. There were at least 3 tastings inside the cave and we also got to experience blending some cab with our merlot. They happened to be pouring a 2005 Merlot and allowing a purchase allocation of one bottle. We did not hesitate and promptly purchased one.Don’t miss this experience. You will not be disappointed.”
“Nestled conveniently between tastings, this spot proved to be the perfect lunch haven. The food was exceptional, perfectly complementing our day of exploration. One standout dish was the appetizer of mozzarella on toast—an absolute delight!I highly recommend this spot for anyone in need of a satisfying meal during their tasting adventures. With its great food and cozy ambiance, it's a gem not to be missed!”
“Pomme has an exceptional selection of California and other US ciders, plus several from France, Spain, Italy and other countries. The staff was very knowledgeable describing the characteristics of each of the ciders, and were also helpful with making selections. This is a great place to learn about and sample this much under appreciated beverage.”
“Cute concept! The coffee and the service were 5 stars. Met the owners and they were great and so so nice! Can't wait to go back. The coffee was strong and hot!”
“Nestled on a hilltop with spectacular views of Napa valley to complement the amazing wines. Lots of places to picnic and a wine bar if you aren't able to get a wine tasting reservation.”
“Fabulous wine tasting on 3/17/24.Mel did a wonderful job sharing the history of Grgich and her knowledge of wine, growing conditions, and organic practices was impressive. She was perceptive about our interests and taste preferences and tailored the experience rather than just doing a “canned” presentation, making the tasting educational and enjoyable!”
“The seven different meals with seven wine pairings were AMAZING!Each wine enhanced the flavor of the dishes perfectly, making both the foods and the wines incredibly enjoyable. The Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon were our favorites. It was a highly satisfying time with my parents. Ann welcomed and guided us was exceptionally passionate, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Chef John also skillfully introduced the delicious dishes, allowing us to thoroughly enjoy the lunch. I love to recommend this place to all my family and friends!”
