“The service was great and the food was good. The Korean pancake was a bit thick for my liking but very delicious. The berry tea boba was very sweet but ordering it without the berry sauce or less sauce is perfect.”

“Ordered online. Food arrived packaged neatly and securely. It is really hard to find good Chinese food and this place did not disappoint! We ordered some familiar dishes such as broccoli beef, orange chicken, pork fried rice, fried prawns, chow mein, and fried won tons. The vegetables were fresh, the flavor was good and everything was still hot and crispy. The noodles could use a tiny bit of soy sauce (but that’s just personal preference) but I give them a 5/5.”

“Came here on a Saturday for lunch while driving through town. Really wanted a great burger and that’s exactly what I got. The 428 burger was super tasty -Wagyu beef and I added the fried egg and avocado. Delicious! Enjoyed hearing about the history of this cool building too, if you dine here make sure to ask! The doors in the ceiling added an interesting twist. Also our server Corgi was super friendly and attentive, made the meal that much better. Definitely recommend!”

“This is such a cool place to stop near Sacramento! Perfect to hit up right after flying in or before flying out. They have free honey tasting, and you wouldn't believe how different honey tastes till you try it! They serve meads, which I didn't try but heard they were delicious. They offer several different flight options. To top it all off they also serve food, from a snack to a whole meal with dessert. There's an outside patio that's absolutely darling to sit and enjoy the weater. I highly recommend stopping by this place!”

“The food and service is exceptional! They know exactly how I want my food cooked. I go here so often that all I need to do is ask for the "usual". It's cooked the same way I want it each time. I invite friends and family to this place all the time. Each time they love it too! I love supporting local business. I see the owners helping and serving regularly. It is said that, "no one cares more than the owner". It's so true. You can taste the tender loving care and attention to detail to every dish they serve. More restaurants should do the same. 5 stars in my book!”

“The truck has moved over to 101 West Court St. \u0026 California Ave. across from the Donut shop formerly the Car Wash. Mexican food can be eaten anytime and even everyday when it's this good. This truck is very good. I like all their tacos and the breakfast burrito. The people are friendly and always greet you with a smile. That's hard to find these days.”

“A fun place for our birthday celebration with friends and family. Our server, Kaitlyn, was patient with our somewhat large group and served us with a smile and grace. Had a great band to enjoy as well. The fish and chips were perfect for my taste and I heard no complaints from anyone about their meals. Great pub menu and the bar selections are quite varied. Check out the vault and it selection of whiskey, bourbon, etc. We will return!”

“Thai Pepper is a godsend to vegans and vegetarians in Woodland (and meat eaters as well). Stick with the Thai dishes to get some awesome food that tastes home cooked. They just got their license for beer and wine so definitely worth dining in - though for sure their carry out business is the bomb. They are closing for April so get ready for an awesome May when they get back. Best dishes IMHO are Fresh Rolls w Tofu, Pumpkin Curry with brown rice, Crispy Tofu and Pad Thai vegan with tofu no egg. Tom kha is delicious as well.”

“This is a great little pizzeria and brewery. The pizza is wood fired and is delicious. The pretzel is huge and tasty. We got a flight of 5 of their beers and some were good and others just not my taste. I highly recommend this eatery. Almost forgot they also have live music . Not sure when they play. “The best tacos around here! You will not find a better place, the meat is very tender, it melts in your mouth. between my wife and I we’ve ordered only three Tacos to start off and then we had to go get more. They are truly delicious.”

Went with my mother and grandmother (they brought a coupon from the local paper).We were greeted and seated right away.I ordered the Cinnamon Bun French toast with bacon, country potatoes, and eggs over medium. Everything was delicious, eggs were more over easy but other than that the cinnamon bun French toast was sweet but not overly sweet. Potatoes had nice seasoning and were crispy. The bacon was cooked perfectly.My mother ordered the BLTA sandwich with fruit. She said she like it.My grandmother had the senior plate with waffle and eggs. She said it was just the right amount and was also good.We definitely will be coming back again, make sure to find a coupon ?”

“The carnitas are delicious, as one might expect. All the meat options are pork based, which is also not surprising. The carnitas are so good, we got tacos and a burrito. A bit expensive, but everything is nowadays and I don't blame them. Horchata was flavorful but a little too sweet for me, I'd still get it again though.Vegetarian options: Good luck lol. “Had the asada and pastor burrito. The asada was about average. The pastor was above average but not the best. San Diego's tacos El Gordo is the best imo. These guys had thr flavor right but I just prefer the crispness at Gordos. Anyways food was satisfying. The cashier Leo was kind enough to let me sample the asada and pastor. Not even a hesitation. I appreciate that. A+ service. I'd definitely come again.”

“We were visiting Davis and decided to stop by for some tacos because I've heard good things about La Kora. Wish I had known about them while I was at school here because they are so good! We got carne asada, cabeza, and Al pastor tacos. My go to meat is usually asada but I was told that Al pastor is a must try. And to my surprise, it was the best one! It was super flavorful compared to the other two meats. The tortillas are freshly made and pressed inside. The salsa bar is located right below the cashier. It is located in a small lot with abandoned cars. No real parking or seating because it's more of a grab and go style. It gets busy during lunch time so it goes to show how great their food is!”

“I’m glad Woodland has some place that is available late night aside from fast food. The drinks and the food are just - mediocre to be honest. I didn’t do this review after just one trip, I did write this after going here for a while now. “Tacos Mixe is the best taco spot in Yolo county. Homemade tortillas, a trompo, and great flavor. My husband and I met in Oaxaca, and these tacos are the closest thing we can find to the tacos we eat in Mexico. So happy it's in Woodland :)”

“shrimp tacos??? Ummm.....hell yes! Holy crap they are good. For me it's not just the contents of the tco but the shell.....they've got that down! Crunchy cheesy shell is the bomb! Mahi mahi tacos are definitely something to try but I personally recommend the shrimp tacos! And the house margaritas! Thanks for the grub!”
