Sandwiches are good, wait time is excessive. I feel as though online orders are given priority despite people waiting in line. That's was the what occurred my last time. Not worth the wait for me as it has happened the last 2 times. 15 minute wait for a sandwich with no one in line just isn't logical.

Jersey Mike's is one of the best sandwiches you'll find from a sandwich chain. Unfortunately this particular one in La Crescenta is poorly managed. They've screwed up on so many of my food delivery orders, that I've decided to go on Yelp and rate them. They just forgot my avocados for the third time on my club sandwich. They've forgot my chips & cookies before, and mistakes on other sandwiches. I've been in there a few times to order, and the employees seem happy, but a little too talkative with each other. I had to interrupt them with a question before, because they were having an important conversation about one of their friends car. My guess is management doesn't care what we think, because notice they never respond to these negative reviews, like several restaurants that care do. I give them 3 stars though, because their sandwiches are so good. If you can order from another Jersey Mike's, I would recommend it. The one in Eagle Rock is more professional and really good. They care about their service and have a good manager.

The service and atmosphere did not seem very clean. Around the store there would be flies flying around and in some instances near the food, the service was really slow and a lot of the workers looked like they did not know what to do, as well as the subs being places on the plain table. This occurred on 6/24/23.

Food was delicious ? ? ? I got the turkey sandwich with all seasoning and sauce. Perfect. My sandwich was fresh and I finished it without noticing ? ?. Very good.

Yes, COVID protocols are ceasing to exist but the sandwich makers should keep wearing masks like other food industries. I've witnessed the staff joke around above sandwiches being made with saliva flying onto the sandwich being created and it's pretty gross.

First time at this location and a bit apprehensive after the reviews. I was a walk in and got served right away. Ordered the Italian and when wifey saw them slice the first meat and put the meat away thought the sandwich skimpy. Then they added the other 4 meats and then all the extras. Not her cup of tea but a half sandwich was 2 meals for me. Much better than subway but also more pricey. Depends on your budget and what you want.

Services suck.. night shift wants to go home early. I went ther 25 min left to close. Girl makes the sandwich says I don’t have most breads and no chees , basically to close early.

They false advertise!!!! Do not go here! Their kids meal price on the menu says $5.99 (which is $1.00 more than any other Jersey Mikes I've been to), yet it rings up at $7.00. The employees clearly don't care, otherwise they would try to make it right instead of saying, "Sorry, that's what it rings up as."
