Pizza Indy bad but the service gets worse every time. Usually my pizza isn’t even started for 30 min at peak hours but last week I saw the pizza was out of the oven and no updates for the next 20 min. Walk inside they are handling 3 orders coming out of the oven. I ask about my order and they are looking Al around and suddenly it comes from the back. They have me wrong pizza and then when I called they transferred me to store and nobody answered. After 45 minutes I drive back to store and yes they replaced the pizza but when asked the guy told me their phones don't work. Likely excuse guy didn't seem to care. Poor customer relations.
