“We love the pizzas here and the garlic bones are a must! The topping combinations are amazing, the service is always fantastic and they will sometimes even offer a little glass of wine while you're waiting for your order - a really solid and consistent restaurant option for La Jollans.“
“Found restaurant by accident because the service at Barbarella was terrible and Piatti was right across the street. We met some friends from Vegas and wanted them to have a great experience. This was definitely the place. The food was excellent and even the manager jumped in as a server. A++. We'll be back!“
“Amazing ambiance. Amazing bread and oil and vinegar. The pizza was incredible. No price gouging. Food came out quick. The service on the back patio could've been better. The female server was good but appeared to be spread too thin possibly. She was the only server in the back full of people and the front had 4-6 people. I still give it a 5 star. I will definitely be back!“
“LOVE the pizza! Genuinely some of the best in San Diego, hands down. Highly customizable and I love that they have vegan options, super cool! Had a bit of an odd experience tonight with an employee making fun of my name within earshot of my boyfriend who was picking up my order. I get that I have a unique name, but maybe wait til the customer is out of earshot before laughing and repeatedly making jokes about it to your coworkers? Totally realize that she probably thought my bf was picking up an order as a delivery driver instead of being the customer. Still, didn’t love that moment. Other than that mildly off-putting experience, this is the best pizza in town!!! 10000/10, highly recommend!! You won’t be disappointed ?Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian and vegan options!!!!“
“Darin was a joy! He was so kind and attentive for our toddler’s birthday dinner! He always asked at the perfect time if we needed something and was so quick to help. Darin is great and deserves a raise asap! He will be the reason we come back. The wings, couscous macaroni balls and pazookie were very good as well!!!“
“The Italian buffet provided a cozy ambiance and enticing aromas, setting the stage for a memorable meal. The Italian sub sandwich, featuring freshly baked bread, crisp vegetables, and savory meats, perfectly accented with olive oil and vinegar, was a highlight. Complementing the sandwich, the assortment of pizzas offered a delicious variety, ensuring a truly satisfying experience.“
“Brunch here was very nice. * The view over looks La Jolla from inside the hotel. The staff provided great service and were very attentive. Blooy Mary's, Mimosa's, and the Salmon Bendict were filling and very good. Overall, it is a cozy and quaint restaurant to “
“If you’re vegetarian and craving pizza, Dough Momma is the place to be. I’m not a thin crust kind of gal but their toppings surpassing my favorite pizza joint.I had the Burrata Margherita ($29), class cheese ($22) and Vegan (23).The margherita is one of the two highest price pizzas on the menu. Make sense because it’s all fresh ingredients with tomatoes, Burrata, mozzarella, no sauce but drizzle with a white garlic sauce and garnished with basil.I never eat cheese pizza but I love the cheese pizza here. Basic red sauce mozzarella. I like it because it had more sauce than cheese. If you want to know if a place is good, check out the cheese pizza. Dough Momma passes the test! The Vegan was fully loaded spinach, olives, red onions, roasted tomatoes, herbs and balsamic reduction. Some pizzas are offered by the slice. At first glance, the garlic knots could pass as a mini cinnamon roll! They have cookies and wide selection of beers and alcohol.Parking sucks but it’s in a cute neighborhood with outdoor seating.“
“I've picked up a couple "too good to go" orders from here, and it was so good my husband and I had to come during the day. The food is amazing. The service is polite and eager to serve you. I believe they make everything from scratch, and it's obvious in their food's flavor. So. Good. Y'all.“
“We had a fantastic New Year's Eve lunch, and as expected, the lobster bisque was consistently delightful. The stellar bread service added to the overall experience. We chose two excellent wines and enjoyed a good beer. Additionally, the duck tacos, a perennial favorite, never fail to impress.“
“Ya serve hot, freshly made food, with arugula and also make custom espressos in a hospital lobby, you're gonna get a good mark. Food came out super fresh and swift. I got the good special burger of the day with a side of some good shoestring fries. Coffee hit the spot too. Hell, I'd give 'em a fifth star if they also served onion rings . . . but they didn't. Coffee-cart coffee that's much tastier than the cafe coffee across the street (Cove Cafe). Super friendly staff and some tables inside to enjoy your eats. Dicks“
“I went here with my family visiting all the way from Sweden and had no expectations. They exceeded beyond anything else I have been to in the area. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the service as well. We had a lot of questions and our waiter knew every inch of the menu down to where the ingredients where picked. So grateful for the view, atmosphere and overall experience. Favorite dish was the smoked duck liver appetizer, and sunchoke entree. And if you have room for more the Nutella semifreddo was delicious!“
