The older lady running the place is rude and short. I ordered a shrimp fried rice to go. 17 bucks for a single serving of rice with 5 small shrimp and huge chunks of green onion. This place is impossible to park at, even if you pre-order by phone for a to-go, you're screwed because she won't let you park between the handicap spot for 20 seconds to pay and go (there'salso a cocktail lounge attached, so lot is packed). So, yeah...just overpriced, mid shrimp fried rice.
So, I went here with friends, and although some of the food is okay, see: edible, it's not Chinese food. Rather it's an American amalgamation of Chinese buffet food that is overcooked or not cooked well, is either too bland, too sweet, or just not tasty. It's hard to put the food in a category except to say it's food, and it's edible, but it's not worth the cost to quality and taste. The service was substandard, not worth noting. This was so fun! My family and I went last night for my birthday and we had such a great time! The food took a little while since there was also a large group there and only one waitress, possibly only one cook. But the food was excellent.
