“I wanted some street tacos and Mexican food in general that had that authentic taste & I was tired of trying new things that was just disappointing in the end; but this place is the one ! Homemade food with flavor and the beans are to die for ! I highly recommend if you're in the mood for a good Mexican plate. Hands down the best ??? also very friendly staff!“
“Try the Poblano chicken tacos! Taco Tuesday deals. Delicious menu! Always great service and nice, clean atmosphere, they have a nice patio and it’s next door to the AMC theater, perfect for a dinner and movie night out. My family and I have loved every dish we’ve tried, they have a nice selection of beers and I think a full bar! The owner is there managing pretty often and seems like a very kind and knowledgeable guy. He’s done a great job with Cabo Taco. If he ever moves/ expands to a bigger location I would absolutely follow. Big fan of this restaurant!!!“
“This is one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE SPOTS for over a DeCaDe now! I can just say that this is the place I CHOOSE to go have my birthday lunch year after year. THE AMAZING TEAM &FAMILY that has kept this restaurant going for so long is still going STRONG! ? I took my mom and husband out to lunch here yesterday- it felt like going home! I wanted to hug everybody! I saw old neighbors who are CONTINUE GOING TO THE BEST SPOT IN TOWN FOR GRRRREAT FOOD! ( try the carnitas burrito!!!)Parking: There is always available parking. There is the front lot enter via Imperial Hwy.There is a strip of parking that goes along the front and side of the restaurant and in the back is a full parking lot with shade and it's spread out, good size lot. My kids and I have had many little moments eating our after church munchies (MoRniNg Star Christian Church...the messages from Pastor Jack will make ya hungry!) In that parking lot! It gets very busy but there's always parking!“
“SO GOOD!!! Choose your meat (which they bbq), choose your dish (burrito, nachos, super fries, tacos etc, and choose your toppings (which are laid out buffet style or chipotle style). Their meat is really good quality, perfectly seasoned and bbq’d i think. My kid gets the super fries and can avoid alllll the toppings she doesn’t like lol, I can pile the toppings on. Highly Recommend this La Mirada spot“
“This was our first time at Peak Burger. The place was very clean. The service was excellent. The food was very good hot and fresh. I had the chili cheese omelet with home potatoes. My husband had the bigger breakfast it was a lot of food. The prices were good. We really enjoyed our overall experience at Peak Burger. Will definitely go back to try their burgers.“
“No frills Mexican restaurant, casual little spot. Their food is pretty good. I come for the micheladas and hang over food ?Prices are pretty good and they start you off with chips topped with smashed beans, queso fresco and good house salsa on the side- kind of unique and really nice free appetizer.“

“Was in the mood for some soup and a michelada today so I decided to give this spot a try for the first time. I've gotta say I was not disappointed, everything was excellent! I came in around 5pm on a Friday and it wasn't very busy (which was surprising but also nice cause it was very peaceful lol) was greeted by the owner and told to take a seat. I pulled up the menu with the QR code at the table and took a look at everything. I was having a hard time deciding between the pozole and the carne en su jugo, the owner said both were great but the pozole is a customer favorite. Decided to go with that and a Michelada both were extremely tasty! And after the pozole came out the owner surprised me with a little sample of the carne en su jugo! It was freakin delicious! Definitely gonna have to get that one next time for sure! Anyways it was a pleasant experience from start to finish and definitely will recommend this spot to my family and friends! 10/10 recommend!“
“This place has bomb fish tacos and shrimp gobernador. I’m surprised reventaco isn’t always packed, the food is delicious and the guys working here are always friendly. I Highly recommend this spot. The prices are reasonable for the portions and quality of food you get.“

“We stopped by on a Sat night at 8:58, not realizing they close at 9. The employees were very nice and let us order so last min. It was very clean and inviting. They have a salsa bar for dining in patrons.We ordered the birria soup (beef), 4 tacos combo, carne asada burrito, and chicken burrito. We all really enjoyed the food. The burritos were loaded with meat. We will definitely be back.“

“This place is hard to notice since it sits behind a fast food place sorta hidden but it’s a quiet little restaurant. We ordered a taquitos plate but had to a chili rellano separate with a side of rice and beans. The margaritas were enjoyable but definitely enjoyed the pink Cadillac. The food was good but the rice seems to lack some flavor; however, the staff is very welcoming and friendly when waiting on their customers. The decor is okay but we enjoyed just the pleasantness of being able to enjoy our conversations and food without being hustled in and out.“
“9/15/2023 = 4 Star = Order Fish and Fries with salad , ask for a dipping sauce for the fish server said 75 cents, but manager jump in right away and said its okey , should be included coz fish need it , manager save the day , minus 1 star for now , because of that . “Really good food here. Place has been here a few years now and gained some popularity. Service can be a little slow although no fault at all to the servers, their management should staff a little better sometimes. Pricey for the location but overall great dinner and good atmosphere for a night out. Their cocktails are very good! Good La Mirada Mexican spot. Wish they had better deals though, I’d come more often.“
“I have tried a variety of items on the menu. A few of my favorites include the Al pastor nachos , caldo de pollo, torta de milanesa and the chicken tacos de canasta. You can’t go wrong with anything you choose. Irene and Jose are both really nice and will accommodate most requests.“
