“My go-to tofu place. This restaurant has decent tofu soup. Many small dishes and good to refill. The store is clean and quiet that you feel comfortable sitting in without feeling a rush. They have free ice cream cone too. They will sing birthday song to you. Love it!!”

“This place has been opened for ten months - how could I have not known about this? Until my neighborhood friends recommended this place. No more making the drive in traffic out to Savoy in Alhambra when craving for Hainan chicken rice. It's a small restaurant tucked behind Popeye's fried chicken adjacent to Auntie Anne's pretzel and Jamba Juice. They have a limited menu that specializes in chicken rice. For my first try I kept it simple with Hainan chicken rice to go order. There is regular and a larger size portions. The perfectly sliced boneless chicken sits on top of ginger chicken broth flavored rice comes with minced cucumber slices, and three sauces sambal, soy sauce, and ginger sauce. There is also a small side of chicken broth. The chicken tastes clean, no MSG detected. Next time I'll be back to try the fried chicken. No cash accepted, pay by cashless credit card or Apple Pay at the kiosk.”

“One of the best Italian restaurant. One of Orange County’s hidden gem. Delicious Italian food, Good service and beautiful restaurant. We love it!!! I highly recommend them. My favorites are their bread, fettuccini Alfredo and best spaghetti bolognese . They also give you generous proportion. “I have just moved to OC and glad to have a great time at Isla. Food was yummy - the plantain chips, ceviche, sautéed garlic butter shrimps, oxtails, yuca fries, cocktails, etc. Ricardo was very helpful and gave us some great suggestions. Great service and atmosphere, would love to return soon!”

“Happened to be in the neighborhood, so thought we'd give it a try.We ordered green curry, pad krapow and grilled beef "crying tiger."Green curry was good. Pad krapow was the best. It has just the right punch to it; very flavorful. Sadly the grilled beef was chewy and overcooked. It was so overcooked that it tasted more like beef jerky. A big disappointment.We will come back for the pad krapow and will try some other dishes.”
