This place is clean and the people are friendly! Every so often they totally screw up my order. They did it again tonight! ;(Parking: There are multiple businesses on site.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access and parking.

Ordered 2 tacos, 3pc stuffed jalapeno and value fries. Jalapeños were dry and obviously not cooked recently and fries were cold. I had to park and go back in by the time I realized fries were cold. There was no remorse or apology just handed me fries after they cooked a fresh batch. This was a Wednesday afternoon around 1pm. Not that busy, only two other cars in drive thru. Went to this Jack in the Box for the second time in a month. When I went the first time, the employees were so friendly. Then I stopped by just to get a couple of drinks and Yaida, one the managers, and Jarret were so friendly. The greeting that I received from Yaida when I went to place my order through the drive through was so welcoming.
