I wanted to try a new place in October of 2022 . First time Great, second time ok third tried menudo not to good they don’t know how to clean it before they cook it. Fourth time Pozole very weak they don’t know how to make fifth time Chil Colorado not good at all my Granddaughter could teach how to make and these three times service terrible. I did go December 28/22 was good again and service was like first time great. They need to be more consistent on how they work and food...read full review

If you're in the LA Puente area in San Gabriel Valley, you should definitely stop by and try Villa Cariño Mexican restaurant. The Huitlacoche quesadilla was a great starter plate, and the follow on Mole plate was great too, except for the fact the chicken was a tiny bit undercooked. I had to return my plate because the chicken meat near the bone was undercooked. However, the server immediately took it back and replaced it with a new one.
