The guy who took my order was cool but the woman who handed me my order at 4:25 -4:30 pm was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. The guy at speaker asked if I wanted sauce I asked for 2 ketchups and a bbq sauce. Once I got to window the woman in reddish vest handed me my food and rudely just kinda dismissed me without waiting to see if I needed something almost as if she was annoyed by me.. Before this place had very very bad and poor customer service. They were so rude to people and very judgmental. Had you waiting for a long time inside to order.Now I can say that I noticed almost all that were rude are no longer working there. The employees now are so far great. Polite fare to all even the homeless. And if they know it will be a min to help you they let you know of this and apologize for the wait but they do hurry for you. mismanagement at place is on full view. fast food took twenty minutes to receive my order. there was four people in the lobby and they were waiting. beware of the wait for your fast food.
