The night worker was awesome. The reason for the 4 star was the process to even order the pizza it took 3 times of calling and every time was a different price. They could not even get the price straight at their end. Of course it wasn't the actual store it was their call center. That's proof that the new way pizza places process the orders does not work. Quit being so cheap, hire the employees they need to have great customer service .

Best Customer Service I have had in a long time.I had problems with ordering online, so I called in and one of the managers took my order for carry out. Because it was Valentine's Day, I knew it would take longer. My order was supposed to be ready in an hour. I drove there to pick up and they couldn't find my order in the system. Both managers on the shift tried to find my order and after a short while, they offered me to just retake the order and get it done quickly. 20 mins...read full review

Can I just say, the level of customer service I received tonight was so surprising. I am sad I did not catch the gentleman's name but, he quickly grabbed my order for me, place additional sauces/cheese and peppers in a plastic bag for convenience, and held the door open so I would not struggle on my way out. Lol I don't think I have ever experienced that quality of service at any other fast food pizza places. Great job guys!
