Ordered the asiago combo, normal chicken, and specifically mentioned no ranch and no cheese at the drive thru. When the order showed on the screen, it specifically showed ranch and cheese being removed.I park and find out my sandwich has both. No big deal, the drive thru was empty and in my experience employees at drive thrus usually fix their mistake.I see they gave me no receiptI drove up to the order screen and the lady who took myorder the first time was on speaker again....read full review

If you don't close until 12 and I place an order(via mobile order) at 11 then my food shouldn't have tasted like it had been sitting all day. And I should have been able to have the frosty I ordered not given "oh we don't have anymore frosty's cause we are cleaning the machine being we close in about 45 mins" working this industry many years ago we didn't clean that machine until about 5-10 minutes before closing or even right at closing and would be the last thing we did. This was my first time at this particular location. I ordered a baconator combo and everything was good except the fries. For whatever reason when I went to eat the fries they lit my mouth on fire! They were spicy! I asked them to be remade the staff did without salt thinking that may be it however the fries still were spicy. Other than that the food was good.
