“There is a young guy here named Vincent and he made our dining experience SO much better. First of all I think he loves his job. He was smiling the whole time we were there. It was our first time dining in and eating burgers with our little girls and Vincent offered them stickers and hats and was so smiley and kind. He helped us clean up afterwards and offered to help us take a family photo… he deserves a raise and a promotion and a free meal.“
“Our Place Lake Forest is a great neighborhood Bar/Restaurant. The staff is very friendly and they take good care of the customers. I host an Open Mic there on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday every Month. It is always Taco Tuesday when I am there. I get the Beria Tacos and they are delicious. Our Place has great music on many other nights. They also have comedy nights and are great supporters of the LGBTQ community. The owner cliff is a great guy and does an awesome job of running the place. I highly recommend Our Place.“
“Wow! What a place, some of the better hot chicken I've had, let alone in Orange County. The hot is a dry-rub and HOT. The fried onion is perfection, and I can't recommend coming here enough.They have a big menu, too, with a lot of variety.“
“We were looking for a place to end the night in the big plaza, and this was the one that popped out. They have a big stage and TVs outside for live music, DJ or just videos from the '80s. They have live music on weekends, and they pride themselves to bring nice local bands. The owners, Matt and Gina are really nice, and take the time to talk to customers. They still have to work on the menu, it's pretty simple, but is satisfying for now. Big bar, high tables, and lots of tables for families inside. Big patio for live music outside. Lots of locals having fun, enjoying talking to each other, which is probably the main reason to come here.“
“Great sports bar for dinner and drinks! They have all sorts of events every week including live music, Karaoke and line dancing! They have a couple billiard tables, arcade games and horse race betting booths as well! Great place to pop by if you're in town!“
“If you’re looking for a delicious spiral ham this is the place to go. The staff is very friendly and even though it was busy during the Easter holiday they were very quick to get people through the line.Parking: When they are busy parking lot can get full with about 20 or so spots.“
“A friend brought me here the first time. I was skeptical as it's not my normal bar to go to. But coming for karaoke is my favorite thing!! And the staff here made me feel safe and comfortable. Danny, Jamie are amazing kind and caring!!! Alex who host's karaoke is also wonderful. Definitely my go to karoke place because of the three people I mentioned above!! 15 out of ten.“
“This is the nicest Denny's in our area but it does need to be updated. I do appreciate the plastic dividers they've kept up since COVID as it adds an element of privacy. The manager does a really good job keeping things clean and serving good food, fast.Parking: Old parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Free coloring and crayons and kids menu.“
“I've been coming here for over 40 years. The atmosphere has always been great up until about 2 weeks ago. IT IS FREEZING IN HERE!! The food when you get it is warm and within 2 minutes or less it's cold. I've told them the last 3 times I've come here and your heater has been broken for awhile. Only air comes out the vents. It's warmer outside (it's 63 outside) than in the restaurant!! It's like a freezer and I'm wearing a coat while I eat It's so cold in here. I will continue to complain or I'll quit coming here!! This environment is not goid for my health let alone your employees health to work in the freezing air. I've also noticed on weekends (even during the week) there are less and less customers and this location used to have lines outside waiting to get in especially on Sundays after church. PLEASE GET YOUR HEATER FIXDD OR YOU WILL BE LOSING ME AND PROBABLY MORE CUSTOMERS!!“

“Clean, well organized, well managed "sandwich shop". ? (so much better than calling it that)Another place I went to recently claimed to have the best pastrami sandwich in Orange County. While theirs was very good, it doesn't compare to The Hat.I've eaten at several of their locations and all are superb!!!This visit I got carried away with my order. I ordered a "Pastrami Dip", and an order of "Pastrami Fries". Each on their own can feed two comfortably. The fries are a monstrous mound of taters topped with a generous pile of pastrami (one can add chili and cheese if desired - I didn't).Then there's the sandwich...A soft fresh French style "loaf", about 12 inches, piled with pastrami and had pickles and yellow mustard on it as well.Very Very good...incomparable!!!No, I didn't even finish the fries; I ate the pastrami off the top along with a few fries, took the rest of the fries home.Didn't even touch the sandwich until later in the evening.My beverage was an "Orange Bang".I love Orange Bang, but it's not for everyone...rather sweet.Service was quick and efficient, as was the preparation of the order.Worth the Trip, the Visit, and the Price.“
