Our family had Cuca’s catered, everything was perfect! Emerald was such a big help to us and we are truly grateful for for the experience we had. I want to thank everyone who took the effort to make our event special. The enchiladas, chicken, carne asada and sides were perfect! Thank you again for your outstanding service.
I grew up in Yucaipa, and my school would offer Cucas for lunch, so imagine my delight when I found they made one in my neighborhood in OC. Great value, better tasteVegetarian options: Plenty veggie to choose from.

I drive 9 miles to come here for lunch or supper. Really good Chili Rellenos, handmade on premises. Great fish tacos. Actually everything is handmade on premises. I don't think anything is pre-frozen. Great wait staff and the kitchen, which you can see from the dining area, is immaculate.Give it a try. I'm pretty sure it won't disappoint
