“There is a young guy here named Vincent and he made our dining experience SO much better. First of all I think he loves his job. He was smiling the whole time we were there. It was our first time dining in and eating burgers with our little girls and Vincent offered them stickers and hats and was so smiley and kind. He helped us clean up afterwards and offered to help us take a family photo… he deserves a raise and a promotion and a free meal.“
“Free Range Grilled Chicken Breast on Brioche Bun with bacon and garlic aoli. Everything was super fresh and flavorful. I was very impressed but all the ingredients on the sandwich even as well as the fries they were very fresh thin cut fries that weren't oily but also weren't bland or over or undercooked. My husband got the turkey burger cowboy, which he definitely enjoyed. He had a turkey burger from this place and enjoyed it and so he decided to try the cowboy and was definitely pleased this go round, I highly suggest if you're in the Lake Forest area“
“We went through the drive thru this afternoon, Saturday. Young man holding it down in drive thru, inside customers AND cooking. Took an extra minute or two but he was so nice and not stressed. Food was great! Wish I got his name but he was excellent!“
“Saw a few negative reviews on this place but decided to go into this without a biased opinion. First of all this is fast food Chinese style run by an independent owner and not a large franchise. So can hopefully expect better value and lower price point but not lower quality The service is efficient if not friendly. The ambiance is simple and impressively clean...I have been to quite a few mom and pop shops and have never seen one this sparkling. As for the food they give very large portions even if in a smaller food serving container. The friend rice run of the mill, the lo mein noodles were soft as well as satisfying (much more than the P. EXPRESS), the veggies well sauteed, and as for the bbq pork...well some was overcooked and dry and some were more tender. So a little mixed feeling on the main course but overall a solid spot to fix the need and always try to be supportive of the neighborhood vendors.“

“Very nice manager on duty Ty for the salad dressing. Didn’t expect good customer service but was happy to get it. Very kind. Ordered the chicken and shrimp tostada also pleasantly surprised at the quality of the shrimp so I had to leave a review. I don’t get his name but he was working the counter yesterday when I came in for lunch. I’ll come in more regularly to patronize this establishment because I believe in supporting businesses/franchises that still value customer service and courtesy with patrons. “Subway has gotten way better - I'm stuck on six inch wheat w Tuna, no cheese , no toast , just tomatoes and onions and red wine vinegar on the tuna - the only item offered I think is consistently great . The lake forest venue is co- run by a very eager , professional , and friendly , Jesus. He cares about what people put inside their blessed Tum -Tums! I'll be back very soon !“

“Arby's is no longer a myth to me. I finally dined at Arby's for the very first time it was a great experience. This location in Foothill Ranch was super clean, and the service was great. I have always wondered what goes on at Arby's because it never seemed busy. Even the drive-through was empty most of the time. I was pleasantly surprised that the Ruben sandwich was pretty good. The fish sandwiches were not bad either. The basic roast beef was basic, but the curly fries and mint shake was a great complement.“
“So I have been having issues with Subways lately. I just wrote a bad review a couple of weeks ago of a different location after experiencing all sorts of trouble with various locations. Well, I have found my Subway! I walked into this Subway today. It was busy so I had some time to watch Margaret making sandwiches for a couple. She focused solely on the customers, took real care with putting their sandwiches together and was quick in getting their order completed. Same thing with the man in front of me. When Margaret took my order she was friendly, and efficient in getting exactly what I wanted on the sandwich. Better yet, the vegetables were fresh! I hadn't had that experience with the other Subway locations. Margaret introduced me to Jesus (not Christ, but her manager who had trained her) and he was just as nice as Margaret was. I thanked them for their great customer service and when I got home my sandwich was absolutely perfect. I really recommend this location if you are in the area.“
“Having ate at the restaurant for quite a while, I always appreciate the food that is served there as comforting and warm. While the food obviously isn't the healthiest, that's a given considering it's a fast food restaurant. Overall, the warm feeling of the food and the quick service from the cashiers and drive through workers contribute to an overall good environment that can help with long work days.“
“I always go for the more exotic sandwiches rather than the standard Arby's. I especially like their short-term specialties like the wagyu burgers, but also enjoy the Gyros and the Rubens. If you check the internet, you will find specials that are off menu, such as the double stack Ruben and the meat Mountain. Also, they give a 10% discount for veterans.“

“Came on a whim and discovered a local gem. Ordered a veggie pizza and I gotta say, one of the better ones I've tried as of late. Dough was airy and ingredients were balanced.
