I think good customer service is incredibly important, and it can really make a difference in someone's day. From my experience, the young girl at Subway was friendly, attentive, and made sure to get my order exactly right. She was patient with me when I asked questions, and she seemed genuinely interested in making sure I had a good experience. I normally eat low carb and felt unwell after eating a 6-in meatball. It was delicious but if you are low carb, avoid the bun and get it low carb style, which I totally forgot about when I went.

Bad attitude from the girl making my sandwich. I came in an hour before closing. Most of the options were taken to the back because they were trying to get out on time, I get it. I felt like she was frustrated that I was ordering. The way she tossed the sandwich in the toaster then slammed it closed. My sandwich was cold on the inside and barley toasted on the outside.
