So I have the Auntie Anne’s app and I told the cashier I had the QR Code to scan for rewards. He says “you scan that after you pay” which I was skeptical of because paying always ends the transaction, and you always scan the QR code before the transaction is over obviously. I went early so nothing ready other day old pretzels . Employee there was much more involved in preparing new food than helping customers (and I understand that). Ultimately there was a poor attitude and I was willing to let that all go and not post a review, I noticed that the employee would not stop looking at me until I started to walk away, so paying attention once I began to leave this employee went right back to preparing the pretzels with the same gloves she just used to...read full review
The lady working here at 3:40pm today was rolling the dough with gloves stopped to ring me up and take my order then went back to rolling the dough with those same dirty gloves on. She didn't change the gloves or wash her hands before rolling the dough again.
