Every since Covid the quality of service has gone down so I won't go too hard because of those reasons but it's time to kick it up a notch El Pollo Loco you're getting stingy with the the portions for the prices.
It was dark. The outside lights did not turn on, so we couldn't read the menu in the drive-through. Then we paid thirty three dollars and seventy cents for chicken that was old and dry. Thankfully, we looked at the chicken, and the girl at the window exchanged it for us. When a company pays so much attention to detail that they charge forty five cents extra for a dressing. I would think they would pay equal attention to the detail and quality of food that they put out.

Not sure why only at this location, I have to fight to get dressing for my salads. They say they don't give it because there is a tiny drizzle as a garnish on the salads and that's all you get. EVERY single location gives you the dressing on the side in a nice size container. If they finally actually give me some, it's half full of the tiny container the salsas are in. This is for all salsas.
