They got my order wrong and I was trying to politely gain the attention of the window employee but she was not paying attention to the window at all. Had she looked quickly instead of walking to the back constantly and looking away from the window, she would've responded and resolved this issue earlier.

Terrible. I went here bought $20.00 worth of food. Bought a small drink that looked large asked if I can just have a EMPTY cup to give my 3 year old some because the drink was a lot bigger than I expected for him. ELVIA told me she would have to charge me for a empty cup when I already paid for the drink. I would not go back here fries were not fresh and I don't like spending money at establishments that don't take the customers happiness into consideration.
