Arrived at 10:32pm on a Friday night, people inside servers, bartenders, doors were locked. Knocked, hostess saw us and walked away chatting with another server. Hours posted just inside door said they are open till 1200am Fridays. Called the store to confirm hours of operation, manager came after we got in as as someone else left and said they have never been open until 1200 and they are only open until 1100pm for COVID (but that's over right?) but lock doors at 1030pm. Apparently they don't want our business and don't have the common courtesy to acknowledge us or let us know. If your policy is to lock your doors at 10:30pm, post those hours and that you stop serving at 10:30pm. Things are expensive, being made to feel unvalued or like a nuisance, not something I'll pay for, won't go back. Went to wing stop across the way, they were happy to accommodate us.

We went in to celebrate our daughter's birthday with the grandkids and were seated right away. Our server was right there to take our drink and food orders. However, we had to wait for some time to get our meals. The issue wasn't with our server. It appeared to be within the kitchen. We were the first few to arrive during the dinner hour and had to wait. Also, it seemed as if there wasn't enough help in the dining room.

They got our bill wrong. Had to call the the next day to let them know they had dou le charged for 2 lunches. Server was trying. He can not control the cook, not being able to keep orders timely and not overcook the hamburgers to the point of charcoal.

I don't know what happened to this place in the last year or two, but it has definitely picked up!!!! Food was good AND STILL HOT when it arrived (I still don't like the meager portion sizes for the price but hey). The service was Sooooooo much better than previously. I'm very happy with the new

They always seem to be understaffed at this location, I gave it it another chance today and regret it. My food arrived cold, did not receive any refills, had to get up to pay my bill as the table kiosk wasn't working cause my waiter was nowhere to be found. I'd make the drive to Palmdale location next time.

We had an issue with our order. There were so many employees just standing around doing nothing. We asked the manager, about our food, and to fix the issue. Didn’t even try to make it right until my friends issue was fixed. So disorganized. It shouldn’t be that hard to order food, eat, and pay the bill. Won’t be back. The managers attitude, is the reason. Not even the issue we had.

I was starving and haven't been to a Chili's in years since they sucked the last 2 times. We only went because Applebee's took 10 minutes to sit us, so we left. Chili's thought I'd give 'em 1 last chance, and yup, they struck out. Check out that burnt link that came hidden with the super char face down, like I wouldn't notice it was burnt, all dried out too. Jalapeño N Cheddar wasn't there, though the link was supposed to be that flavor. Texas toast, I only ate half. It wasn't even toasted. It should've just been bread n butter. The ribs with dry rub were good, and so were the fries, which were actually the best thing out of the 2 dishes we ordered. The 2nd dish was shrimp Alfredo severed how everyone likes their pasta room temperature on a hot plate with cold shrimp, and her soup, the chicken enchilada soup with boiled chicken might has well have been Gazpacho but in warm bowl fresh out of the dishwasher. I should've known better when the host handed us menus and said to sit anywhere we like. So, of course, we chose the dirty table with corn and crumbs opposite our side. Cleans it with a dingy rag and sani-spray. Didn't notice before I sat. The hostess was nice, not her fault it's Chili's. This is why I like small cafes and little mom n pop eateries. The food is on a much higher level. The only way I'd go back is to have ribs and fries only. All in all the Coca Cola was the star of the whole dinner.

The food was alright could have been better but the biggest issue was waiting for a table. I can't even remember what we had because we was waiting for a long time.
