The omelets are big and delicious. I couldn't finish one. So my bf and I split it into two. Welcoming and friendly customer service. Would recommend coming here with the family.

Customer service from here is nice. Different servers will come check up on you . Omelets are huge that what they are known for .I tried the machaca and eggs breakfast it was delicious . When u order chocolate milk u get real chocolate milk not that rockview gallon one. They are fast . Nice place haven't had any disappointments . Favorite part u always get to take left overs because they serve big amounts:)

Crazy Otto’s is crazy! Come Tuesday morning from 7-9am if you are a Veteran and get 1/2 off your order! Refills of coffee by the gallons! Great company, food, and HUGE portions! Fast service…..

I usually LOVE Crazy Otto's. Their food is the best. But lately our orders have been wrong. Today around 5pm we picked up our order which was spaghetti w/meatballs including garlic bread, salad w/Italian dressing and a side of Parmesan cheese. We also ordered the fried chicken dinner w/a baked potato and salad. We got no salads, no Parmesan cheese, no meatballs on the spaghetti and no baked potato... even though it was written on the container chicken w/baked potato. Also, the chicken was bloody. Soooo disappointed.

Honestly I was disappointed in my food experience, the waitress was great but the food on the other hand..... all i can say is next time I will stick to their breakfast, I've never gone wrong there before. I had the lasagna which lacked Ricotta cheese it was pretty thin and not as big as I expected for a crazy otto portion. My husband had the meat loaf and by our surprise it came with gravy on it instead of what we are used to which is more of a tomato based sauce. On another note the side salad was good. I will return again for breakfast that is ?

I hate giving bad reviews but wow this was bad. The grub hub driver knocked it out of the park and was 15 min early! The meatloaf was drowned in gravy - the gravy leaked into my Chinese chicken salad - ewwww. Typical frozen mixed veggies The kid wouldn't eat it - it was nasty I took two bites and got the worse heartburn and I never get heartburn. You couldn't taste any of the actual food because it was drowning in gravy but the gravy had zero seasoning. Not sure if Potatos were real or boxed because you only tasted the nasty gravy - It reminded me of the turkey meatloaf at Kaiser on the cardiac floor but even less flavor..at least there they give you mrs dash. lol questioning if the chef formerly worked at Kaiser sunset. Ok the chicken salad had potential- minus the corner where the gravy seeped into the container - the only thing in that container that had any kind of flavor/ taste to it was the dressing and it was store bought out of a bottle stuff. The chicken had zero seasoning. I'm not one to add salt/ pepper etc to my meals when eating out but yeah I grabbed it today. For $40 got a salad and a kids meal and it was so bad I threw it out. I've actually had mre's that were tastier

Haven't been to this little diner for about 8 years and was hesitant about coming back. Last time I was here I just recall the huge portions and low quality food however I was pleasantly surprised by my return. I arrive shortly after opening and the staff was welcoming, just like home. Took part in the omelette challenge (winning, no photo needed) and was incredibly surprised by the quality of the food as well as the portions and service. Dasha was my server and Natalie was the one who really made me feel welcomed. As an outside patron, returning to a local mom-and-pop diner after so long often makes me feel like a close outsider however both Natalie and Dasha made me feel more welcomed than I could've ever imagined. The food was good, biscuits were superb (asked for them dry with soft butter), and hash browns (asked well done) along side my veggie omelette (minis the cheese) were great. I want to thank Ownership and the team they've assembled for making this experience a reality

It used to be the BEST in the AV, the restaurant next to the train tracks, memories as all I have now,, I enjoyed the food the atmosphere and opportunity to eat some quality homemade & giant portions, too bad the owners moved back east. The new owners ruined it

Sonya, Team Lead waitress at Crazy Ottos is professional, accommodating, and helpful. She keeps her word and works hard to show honest customer hospitality. I appreciated her dedication on serving a party of 11 people and doing her best. Thank you Sonya ?

When we entered we got sat down without any menus, having to pick them up ourselves. While ordering I specifically asked for sugar free syrup, and when the pancakes came they came with regular syrup, which endangers my health. After asking for sugar free again, the syrup had sugar in it. The server Sonia got upset when I told her I can't eat this pancakes pancakes. The coffee was severely watered down. My daughters french fries weren't even cooked. When we asked to remake them they just grabbed the plate and left my daughter with her sandwich on her hand just la napkin for her to eat on. The prices are too high for what they offer. The servers leave as fast as possible and disappear for 15 minutes at a time. Do not recommend.
