Made my order online used my card . When I got there the cashier told me I owed still that my card didn't go through. Well my phone was in my car so I couldn't check if it went through. So I took her word and paid cash. I didnt get a receipt my bad. Went home with pizzas took the receipt from when I called it in which was tucked in the box and saw that my card did clear. So I paid for my pizzas twice. Not much I could do because I didn't ask for a receipt when I paid cash.

I Call to place an order for a full soccer team kids and adults total of 8 large pizzas and never made it. Call back and they siad that they had miss place the order. That tells me they are not organized or they just don’t care about customers. They offer to re make the order and it was going to be delivered in 15 minutes but I know that was a lie they would probably take at least an hour to make and deliver if not more this Was so embarrassing telling all kids and parents that dinner was never going to make it.

I find it incredible that they don't allow you to use the bathrooms in the place. They tell me they are only for staff use, another customer arrives and they tell him they are out of service. Very badly.

Customer service at this location is truly lacking. Tonight, I placed an order and tracked it as that is something Domino's offers. The tracker states, my ordered had been delivered to an establishment that was closed for the day. As I walked around the building, with the owner of a different establishment for safety as it is 7pm, I begin to call the store. I waited on hold for 17 mins prior to driving to the location. I was met with 2 gentleman(whom refuse to give their names). The gentleman at the register states that the system automatically marks as delivered. I ask for him to reach out to the driver because, the establishment I was at, was soon to close at 8. Ceasar was the deliver driver as however, I asked the gentleman if I can speak to a manager or an assistant. After explaining to me it was only him and 1 other gentleman(rude), and they are both assistants, 2 others appeared from back and he claims they are also assistants. To avoid playing games, I asked for the managers name and was refused that as well. To no avail, I was able to get. The information once I met the nice driver(older gentleman) in the parking lot. He was very apologetic and stated, "they are young and no excuse but, they have alot of growing up to do." He provided Maria's name and if this is whom she is hiring, the owners should step in. Just look at the reviews. It speaks for itself. Do better Domino's Lancaster. Customer Service goes a long way.

My order was wrong and when I tried to call in to let them know I was hung up on multiple times and then put on hold for 10 minutes before I finally got to talk to someone. The food was delivered stone cold and was marked as delivered before the driver even showed up. Worse pizza experience I’ve ever had.
