They are always very friendly and we were pleasantly surprised today when my daughter fried rice came with not veggies in it..she was very happy they were able to make her fried rice without any peas or carrots etc.

I've been going here for over a decade. I used to love this place but it started to decline and hasn't stopped. The food isn't as fresh and good as it used to be. There was not one other person dining there when I went last. The service was extremely slow. The wontons had just a tiny sliver of meat in it. I don't think I'll be coming back anymore. Too bad really ?

LOVE the Chow Fun. First Chinese Restaurant in our area to have it. As it's always been a favorite on my family's Chinese food menu, we were glad to have the option again.

Not good at all....We moved out here recently and I should have listened to the reviews. Worst Chinese food I've ever had. I'd rather go to Panda Express. The Loi Mein was bland and stuck together. The fried rice had no flavor and no egg or vegetable. The entrees were swimming in sauce but bland sauce the shrimp we small and flavorless. The broccoli had a funny taste. My husband could only ate a couple bites. I tried to eat more but couldn't even finish my plate. A waste of $40. My husband said this place was great in the 90s not sure what happened. I will never go back.

I eat here at least once a week.The food and customer service are always on point. It takes about 15 minutes if you phone in your order. Little to no contact. Definitely??!

Bad customer service. Couldn’t find my pick up order. Waited 30 minutes without any apology. Got a refund and they thanked me for taking my money back. Joke

I used to love this place. Still love their won ton and war won ton soup.There food just was not as tasty, fried rice didn't even taste as good. Service excellent. Staff friendly. I hope they will turn it around soon. Really only Chinese restaurant near home.

If I could give this place no stars I would the customer service is none existing. I ordered to go and they made us wait when I asked the host if our order was sitting on the table and the host said no so. We waited 15-20 minutes and she grabbed our order off the front table where it was sitting (which I had ask 20 minutes earlier and she said no) cold. They were busy so we moved out of the lobby to our vehicle so we did not take up any more room, they were not doing social distancing nor following any local health guidelines. I called to talk to the manager and he said it was my fault that they messed up and were missing almost the whole order. I told him we were just outside and to fix it or refund us and he said no not their problem. I checked how much they charged my credit card and my credit card company said that they also charged me too much and changed the tip amount. I am be disputing the charge (my credit card said that its fraudulent just based on the fact that they are charging for a product that I didn't get let alone all the other issues) I will also be informing the county health department which I have video of the lobby situation with guests crammed into, not wearing masks and completely unable to social distance and the BBB. Save your money even Panda Express has better quality food.

Lunch special Chicken Chow Mein had nothing in it but noodles, fried rice was nothing but white rice colored brown. No vegetables at all. Will not be returning.

We used to love this place but the last two times we have gone there the food quite honestly was terrible. I’m currently nursing a bad stomach ache from the Mongolian beef which I used to love it’s different now idk maybe a new chef but it’s definitely different

It used to be a place where you could afford to eat Chinese! Now you pay for the chips and sweet and sour sauce before your meal! 2 bucks for each! Tea is also 2 bucks! I just spent 6 bucks for items that came with the meal! I don't like it! No more specials! I won't be going anymore!!

The workers here are patient, understanding, and willing to give their customers the best service. We went as family and they were so caring to our crying and energetic little boy. The portions and the food itself was really good. If you want a place to bring your family, this is the place. Thank you!
