“We had a late lunch here, sopes for my wife and arroz con pollo for me, and they were outstanding! Muy sabroso! The service was also great. Then, there was the dessert, which we shared: the chimichanga de mazana encanelada, a cinnamon apple chimi with a side of fried ice cream - oh my goodness! Highly recommend this small, family run place.“
“The food here was great and our server was there for everything we needed. I got the camarones Mexicanos and would absolutely recommend it. the number of options was astounding and the seasoning was great if I were to offer any improvements they would be paper take out containers(they offered aluminum in place of styrofoam out of kindness) I would update the playlist with a few more songs maybe play different songs“
“BIG BOWL OF BIRRIAWent there today.... The food was very good... I just had one issue... They should really have a picture on the menu of the birria in a big giant bowl the way they actually serve it in the restaurant... I almost didn't buy any because their menu doesn't show the huge bowl of birria... The menu actually shows it in some kind of plastic container, which is a "no go" for me... So I almost left without buying it but my friend pressured me into buying it... And then it came... A big giant beautiful bowl of birria in a ceramic bowl... It was delicious... I recommend it to everyone... So if you don't see the big bowl in the restaurant menu.... Fear not coz it's big and delicious... I kinda wish I would of gotten the girl who works there's name coz I kinda was rude to her because not seeing the bowl kinda made me mad... I wish I would of apologized to her... I hope she reads this review and accepts my apology... I was in a hurry to leave and didn't tell her directly... I'll do it next time I go coz the food was definitely very good and I'll be going back...“
“I love going to this location. They are quick, they are kind, and the food is delicious. Prices are not crazy either. It's a great place to go for lunch or a dinner date!Vegetarian options: I love bean burritos, and they provide that as well as some taco salad (you can get it without meat, and it's delicious!“
“We hired La Ramadita to cater my son's 1st birthday and they were a hit with our guests! The food was so delicious and great quality! The service was great! They were on time, friendly, and professional. We're thinking of another reason to hire them again soon because the food was that good. They made our party a hit! Thank you La Ramadita!“
“This place is awesome. Staff were super friendly, and the food was fantastic. I got the breakfast burger--eggs, bacon, grilled onions, and fresh jalapeños IN ADDITION to the classic burger fixings....super filling and delicious. Coffee wasn't bad either. Will definitely go again next time I swing through town.“

“Family owned and run this is the best small Mexican food place in Lancaster. They have the best burria red tacos and homemade menudo around. It's close to shopping and downtown so the location is great for quick meal lunch or dinner in a hurry def a winner!“
“Pick a good times to be there because they don't seem busy. And when I order, it seems like they bring the food before I even get seated. It is always hot, it is always good, and the service is exemplary! I like the light coming into the restaurant with south facing windows. The place is uncluttered and always clean. Did I say how wonderful the food is and how wonderful the employees are? It is true!“
“First time eating there and my first great impression was how nice and welcoming the staff/owner was. The food was delicious!! Hands down the best I’ve had in a while around here. I had enchiladas de camarón and they were so good! I left no crumbs lol. My husband had camarones a la diabla and a tostada de pescado and he says they were really good! Service was 10/10 I would definitely go back!“
“It was great. Was one of the best, very very best burrito in over 15 years. Meaty, juicey and absolutely fabulous. I will be returning to eat there again and very soon. 8inches,long, and the size of a king grapefruit. But absolutely delicious. With great quality and excellent taste and my serious serious compliments.Parking: Plenty of roomKid-friendliness: Spanish and English and proper languageWheelchair accessibility: Double doors.“
“Wow that's all I can say I try multiple ? tacos great quality if you like different meats I do there tripas Mmm delicious well done an grispy tortillas a mano and there Mix tostadas the best, an I have been to multiple returants out here this one is my go to..“
“I had the pozole and the carnitas tacos. The pozole was delicious they gave me big chunks of meat and enough hominy in 32 ounce Styrofoam cups. I would get them again, I think the carnitas needed some more fat. And they didn't give me any sauce so make sure to ask.“
“Best breakfast burrito ? in a long time.Cooked perfectly.Plenty of everything in it. They are not skimpy. Fresh, hot and tasty ?!Chili quills look amazing. Next time.$12,12 for the burrito out the door price.Definitely worth a return visit.Staff was very attentive and friendly.“
“There for a bday ?Seated @the bar section rather than dining sectionThe staff is fabulousThe food was good (not a sea food kinda person tho)I'd be careful in the parking lot for sure ~there's suspicious activity abound...park @ur own risk☑️“
“Needed some late night tacos, and this place was close and open. We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the restaurant. The carnitas and al pastor tacos were a favorite, and the salsas were amazing! Good rice, beans, and fries. Will definitely be returning soon!“
“Larissa was incredible!!! Ordered food to go and not only was it cooked to perfection but everything was correct on the order and tasted absolutely delicious!!!! This is now our only choice for authentic Mexican food in the Antelope Valley!!! Price was super affordable and so low for everything we got!!!! AMAZING experience!!! And Larissa was such a sweetheart and carried our food order out to our car!!!! I would give Sammy's and their staff a million stars!!!“
“I love this place for an unplanned on the fly meal. Choose to dine in and enjoy the atmosphere. The faces behind the counter stay mostly the same so it gives you a more personal experience. Good people here. Food isn't the usual franchise terrible duplicate like the golden “
“A friend of mine recommended ND's, a spot inside the Chevron, and honestly, I was pretty skeptical at first. A gas station eatery doesn't typically scream quality, right? But this place was good!I tried the turkey sandwich; it made me pause after the first bite and go, 'Okay, this is legit.' Prices are fair, especially considering the portion sizes, which are generous without being over-the-top.I thought maybe my first great experience was luck, so I decided to give ND's another shot. And the food was consistently good the second time around.Don't let the gas station setting fool you. This isn't your average quick-stop food. It's clear they put effort into their food.“
“We just enjoyed a great meal at La Gema Del Sabor. We just stumbled upon this place and we are so glad we did. Our food was excellent and the portions were generous which we truly appreciate. I highly recommend the pupusas, particularly the birria and the calebasa con queso. My husband ordered the carne asada fries and they were the best we have had. The meat was very flavorful. The service was so friendly and kind. The music playing was beautiful and encouraging. The food will take a while because it is prepared fresh. We didn't mind that at all and we will definitely be back soon.“
“Love the food here plus it's close to my house and they usually stay open pretty late which is a good thing for people who want actual tacos not the ones at jack or taco bell and they have really good prices and options if you want something other than tacos“
“I happened to go here one day looking to grab some tacos and noticed they had buche on the menu. I ended up having a buche burrito and it was delicious! I asked if this shop was partnered with the Gonzales meat market a few doors away and they confirmed it. No wonder their meats are so fresh and tasty. Love this place.“
“My pops has been knowing the owner for years. Real good man, very attentive to his customers, and ensures everything out of his kitchen is satisfactory! Only had the pleasure of sampling his "Champurrado," but looking forward to eating there since every plate looked appetizing.“
“the food there is great and they make it fresh too. most other places will already have the carne asada already cooked and then just reheat it on the stove top but When i saw how they were cooking mine it came raw and they cooked it fresh as I ordered. you can tell they care about the quality of their meats. the lady working there was incredible nice we struck up a conversation I like it when they do that instead of just taking my order handing it to me and saying "thank you, have a nice". it makes the experience better.“
“Omg I went for Valentine's the vibe was good, very friendly waiter. I got to sing they had open mic ? night also my strawberry ? margarita was amazing and the food was good. Met the owner Hector and he's was very pleasant and friendly had a great conversation with him. Also if you are looking for a venue for your next event call him they have an amazing outdoor area that you will fall in love with, I know I did.“
“Went here the other day, got the tingles in my nethers. Went inside to get my food and this homeless guy was chewing on the tire of my car. Management should never let this happen! Followed my witching stick and lo and behold, what did I find? Nothing but some of the clap. Also managements fault. Got that shrimp burrito, made my dogs bark... curled up tight. Thanks for the memories.“
“Truth be told i am a hard person to impress since i am a chef my self and the food here was phenomenal. My kids and family enjoyed the food as well as the atmosphere they have karaoke live music. It was honestly a vibe me and my family will definitely be going back.“
“Fantastic food! Never disappointed! That lady can cook! Employees are always very friendly and even walk the food over to my job (if they have the people and can’t go get it myself) I always recommend to my own customers and so far everyone loves it!“
“Medranos has been in town for quite a few years now and they clearly grown the franchise to multiple locations. And while this location is not the fanciest it's still a good spot to get food and drink.I think this one's the original and it still brings in the locals. A classic Mexican food menu with all the good stuff you would expect. A great place to hang out with plenty of room in the bar and plenty of tables in the restaurant. The service is good and the pricing is right . When you're in the mood for old school Mexican food, Medrano's is a good choice.“
“Wonderful place been there longer than I’ve been alive and it’s a family loved tradition to visit. They are super accommodating you can call ahead they will have it ready and nicely packaged in a box for convenience! Or sit in and have a margarita and albondigas soup some of the best in town!Parking: It’s in a large shopping center with plenty of parking!“
“Cozy place in the desert with wonderful staff and THE BEST Mexican food! It's a staple for the locals and I was happy to be able to join them.Chicken tamale was fantastic and the chile relleno was perfect, and we had a great time visiting with the staff and other patrons.I hope to go back while I'm here! The price per person was with several beers and a drink, all of which were tasty and ice cold!Kid-friendliness: Great kid's menu“
