What a delightful discovery. We’re from Orange County but we had a case in Mojave that settled so we started looking for a place for breakfast on the way home. By pure chance The Morning Griddle Cafe popped up.Super friendly owner and staff! Food is fantastic!I had the enchilada omelette with hash browns and biscuits and gravy. Wife had huecos rancheros. Food arrives HOT and delicious. Biscuits and gravy are especially good but my wife said the huevos rancheros were the best she’s had in California.Compliments to the owner, the chef and the server!
