I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks, I ordered Caramel frappe with extra caramel and extra whip cream on my drink. When she gave me my drink it wasn't to my liking as far as the caramel so I asked could she the redo the drink for me she gave me attitude and said it was extra caramel but she took it anyways and redid my drink which was nice but she then shoves the drink like here take it is it better now!!! like huh i would never come here again very very rude and unprofessional.

This store’s vibe is off. I’ve never been to this store and had a 5 star experience. Avenue K location is the best!! I’ll just stick to that store, even if it’s a little out of the way sometimes. You can tell management at K takes much pride in having a happy team and customer. This location should really learn from the team/management at that location and be more friendly to their customers and less arrogant and annoyed all of the time.

For some reason this location doesn’t know how to make Oleato Latte! I have been ordering this Oleato latte since it came so I really know the taste of it. It’s my 3rd time trying it from this location and they cant get the same taste. Not getting Oleato Latte from this branch anymore!!!

Think I wrote a bad review months ago, totally regret it. Kept going and my experiences have just gotten better, they make really good coffee. I went once couldn't find my card and they gave me my usual drink on the house because they started making it when I walked in. Another time didn't like my drink and they made an even better one on the house.

The staff was super kind. The place it clean. I came here very early and everything else was closed. I got a Caramel ribbon crunch and a match frap. Of course it was delicious

This used to be my favorite starbucks location, but service and drinks have gotten really bad these past 2 months, sept-nov 2023Corporate needs to step in and retrain, everyone! It's gotten to the point where every drink I order is made wrong. Don't even get me started on the homeless hanging out everywhere.

This is my first time at this location and after reading some reviews about the establishments history with the homeless and people just hanging out around the location….what I’m going to ‘complain’ about make sense. So I couldn’t leave a 1 star review….but…it’s good for others to know that this is not a coffee shop you can sit and work at.I rushed here after a meeting so I could grab a coffee and a baked good while also hoping to plug my dying laptop in and take a phone call. Unfortunately this location has removed electrical outlets so you cannot sit and work. This was an unexpected inconvenience as most coffee shops allow this.You also need a code for the bathroom. Just wish I would have asked these things before I spent $10 on coffee…as the only reason I purchased anything was too be polite and support the business while I sat there for 15 minutes to work. Or I would have just driven to the next coffee shop.Other than that the business seems clean and spacious. Limited parking, drive thru, and service was quick.

I placed my order online in the parking lot due to the drive thru having a long line. I waited about 10 minutes before entering the building, only to find that the line inside was just as long, and my drinks were still not ready. I spent another 20 minutes waiting. Small store before renovation and even smaller now.

Terrible customer service.1st of all, the employees are too busy having fun talking in their headsets then listening to the customers orders, then having had to wait for forever for 1 grande drink when there weren't any cars in the drive thru and hardly anyone in the place, my drink order was wrong even after my order was taken, then asked again what my order was... Personally I didn't want or have the time to wait another 20 minutes for them to correct my drink. Then when I got my WRONG iced chai drink it was watered down and gross.Please do some re-training on customer service and making the drinks... What a waste of money
