“Stockton California’s Hibachi Food Truck, BELLA HIBACHI Teppanyaki Grill. One of the BEST Hibachi that I’ve had in the area! After seeing multiple videos of friends order from them I had to go try it out for myself…. Let me tell you, They Did Not Disappoint! I went to their Instagram account to check out the full menu and ended up choosing the NY Steak & Chicken with Vegetables and Fried Rice. (my mouth is getting watery as I type) The steak was cooked perfect and the seasoning was just right. I had no chewy pieces which I LOVED!! The chicken was also really yummy! The vegetables weren’t overcooked & actually had some good flavor to them. Now as for the Fried Rice soooo bomb!! All the flavors together topped with the sauces…. CHEFS KISS!! I didn’t have to experience a long wait time due to calling in and ordering my food. They answered right away and even sent me text message with the exact address of where they were located at. The men working in the truck are super polite and friendly. Overall great service! I highly recommend whoever is reading this to try out Bella Hibachi!! You will not regret it! (I’d post a picture, but I only got a video of my plate before demolishing it.)”

“Employees at night probably didn't expect to see me and my toddler this late going in the drive thru. He demanded his window down, and everyone at the window was so sweet to him. He got a BUNCH of stickers and an In N Out Hat. It really made his night the way they interacted with him. Thank you! Fries were hot and fresh. Burgers are amazing. They will always be my go to for a fast food crave.Kid-friendliness: They have hats and stickers for Littles! So sweet!”

“Great food, we liked everything we tried. The food is spicy, but you can ask them to make it mild if you have kids in your party, our kids loved the chicken fried rice and chow mein.Make sure to check that your order is correct before you drive away, we got rice instead of chow mein, but was quickly replaced when brought to their attention.Would visit again...Parking: It's the Lathrop Food Plaza parking lot which can get full during peak hours”

“Awesome place for variety of street yummy food. There are around 17-20 different food trucks with lots of Veg and non-Veg options. There are lots of space to sit and eat . Kids also loved it as they have place to roam around. This time we tried Momos truck and it was good. We try something different next time. Most of the trucks also do live catering and there prices are also very fair .”

“The flavors of authentic Japanese cuisine were excellent. Filet Mignon with Japanese soy sauce and herbs was so amazing. I loved every bite. The texture was amazing too in each of the dishes and the rice was just perfectly cooked and I could taste the amazing rice vinegar. Perfect. Sushi rolls filled with amazing fish and the prawns sushi and sushi bites with just a pinch of sweet chili to make smile on my face and my tastebuds sparkle.When I closed my eyes for awhile, I could imagine myself watching those beautiful blossoming cherry trees in Japan! “Ordering can be a little difficult but the food is the best Mexican food I have ever had. Great filling portions and great for the price. Definitely recommend the horchata it's amazing. Service can be a little slow since it's a truck. It's normally located in this food truck plaza with picnic table seating.”

“I come here to order one thing...their Bhel Puri. Think of it as a refreshing Indian salad :) Loaded with puff rice, peanuts, spices and cucumbers.....extra spicy! Chefs kiss! My husband doesn't even like Indian food and he's always asking for this. Must try!”
