Dude with side of his head shaved and a slick back hair style had an attitude! I don’t understand. Every other Carl’s Jr I have been to, I never had this problem. First of all, I don’t get to pay for food until I’ve sat at the window for what seems about 5 minutes. Just sit there after I’ve ordered thru the drive thru. Went through drive through and an employee of yours named Joshua helped me and you just don't get customer service like that anymore. He was so polite, helpful, and smiley. He had a great attitude and he was very welcoming. He was quick but didn't make me feel like I needed to hurry. All-around great service. Thanks Joshua!!
Older guy with the white hair was kinda rude. I'm in the service industry as well. So I try to be cool to everyone in the industry. I get it. But when I say hi and get nothing back. I'm gonna try again and I always say Have a good day or night. Older guy with the white hair had no response both times. He literally slammed his little window after hanging my food.
