Very poor customer service. Staff just doesn't care about customers. Chicken is over cooked and dry. I asked that sour cream and salsa be "on the side" of my wifes tostada, got home guess what, they got it wrong. Yesterday I ordered another tostada and had to ask three times for the tostada Tuesday discount. I was careful where I walked while waiting in the lobby for my take out order, water and ice cubes spilled on the floor, nobody cleaned it up. Very disappointing experience....read full review
