My review is based solely on my takeout experience with Kawa. My daughter discovered this place, and normally just gets takeout for us. I went for the first time last night! Very busy but only 30mins to get my walk-in order. Sashimi continues to be good fish & generous portions. Garlic edamame is a favorite! Rolls were delicious & fresh. The staff went above and beyond! I ordered something they said they didn't have for the day but put something similar together anyway. Truly appreciate them going the extra mile all while being very sweet and attentive. Thank you for the yosenabe kawa.
Hate to see this Sushi place go away. They had a tasty sushi with reasonable prices but the owner decided to switch to Korean food. Hope it will be as good as the Sushi and more. BTW< excellent downtown location with extra parking.
