Upon arrival, we found plenty of parking and were surprised as all but the one table was open to sit immediately. A packed house is the start of a good thing to come! We entered the restaurant and it was more retired diner than traditional Hispanic restaurant, which made me wonder how good it was going to be. The hostess was on top of the service! She had drinks, chips and salsa immediately. Nearly faster than we could be sat down. The chips were both a mix of flour and corn and seemed fresh as they were hot! The Hostess, , was amazing. She was so polite, professional and attention to detail it made for a very memorable experience. She went above and beyond to make certain our meals were made to perfection. Now, for the meal, WOW! You have to try it, and if you are in town and don't, you have missed a hidden gem! This has got to be one of the best authentic Mexican restaurants in the US. Using the freshest ingredients, cleanliness facilities, nicest staff it was AMAZING! I will be back - even if I have to drive two hours out of my way to enjoy it again!

The entire experience was exceptional. I can't give this place enough stars! We try different restaurants all over the country, and this is by far a favorite. This will be a regular stop when we are in the area...it should be for you as well!

Amazing food and service! Villa's has been my favorite restaurant for Mexican food in Livingston and the Central Valley for years. Viva Villa's!

I stopped in here to kill some time and have lunch. They have a full bar and a few beers on tap, and lots to pick from on their food menu. The waitress/bartender was very friendly and recommended a chicken dish with a spicy lime sauce that I'd never heard of before. It was great, super flavorful without being too spicy. The rice and beans were good. The beer was served in a frozen glass. I couldn't ask for more. Go support these people!

Went for class luncheon. Guess I'll have to go back for my chili relleno as it's not included on the lunch specials. Very accommodating for our group of 10 and allowed us to stay longer so we could "catch up" with each other. The wait help was very helpful.Parking: Although fair number of spaces, sometimes they ca be completely filled up.

Nice decent size restaurant that offers great authentic Mexican food at affordable prices. Service is great. Like the ambience of not being too overcrowded.

We spent $50 and it ended up in the trash. We ordered two enchilada plates and the chicken was so hard. Like it was old and re-heated a lot. We didn’t get the flour tortilla chips we ordered. We also ordered a bean dip and all of our green sauce was in the bottom of the plastic bag. These three things and charged us $50! It was garbage. Will never go there again.

Fajitas de pollo bien saladas. Had to squeeze the excess and try to balance it with the tortillas. The chips and salsa were good, but salsa had a little too much salt. The guacamole was alright.
