Not crowded and the music wasn't too loud so you can actually hear your date. My boyfriend got the lasagna and it was delicious! I will order this next time. When I think of lasagne I want it to taste like this. And at $16, if also comes with a generous side salad and a side of garlic bread. I got the chicken Marsala ($20) and it came with a generous portion of chicken, sauce, homemade mashed potatoes and the most wonderfully sautéed asparagus. Yum! We will come back here for sure. We had such a lovely meal, we even decided to try the peach cobbler for dessert ($10). It was a big portion that came a la mode. We left happy and full and even had some leftovers. “This is a little burger place. It's a little bit bigger than a shack. But it's pretty small. They have old school diner barstools around the counter on the outside, and three covered picnic tables. The menu is small. But it's pretty classic.I got a Bixby Double Combo. The fries were good and cooked well. The burger had thick slices of American cheese, onions, tomatoes, and 1000 island dressing. The burger was tasty. But it's nothing like In-n-Out, as some of the reviews said. It's a well made basic burger.The service was fast and pleasant. It's a neat little place. Unfortunately, it has limited hours (10-6 m-sat), so I won't have many opportunities to come back. But if i'm in the mood for a burger at lunch near home, I'd come back. “These burgers are delicious! It's always one of our stops when traveling to Long Beach. Hubby likes the Shaq and I like the George Foreman. The fries are super good as well. We've never had a bad meal at either of their two locations. Gets super busy! One location is outside only seating and their 4th street location has limited seating so be prepared for that. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.“

“The service was pretty good until the shift of service. I ask for more tea ? to (3) different folks. Instead, I got the check quicker than any tea ?. I paid and left. So there was a little cheese in the middle and just thick bread on the sides... it was dry as heck and barely toasted! The fries were cold. My friends burger was drenched in sauce- and she only got a handful of fries when she ordered a side. It was not great at all. And rather pricey. I read a few days ago they used crinkle cut Fries instead of the stick fries. I got the stick Fries today.Overall for the price it is good but not worth it in my opinion. I find myself craving the white bean chili on cold days. A few weeks ago they had fries, which is rare, they were awesome. This is not a typical "quick lunch".
