I don't know what makes them Canadian. A Canadian I spoke to visiting couldn't figure it out. Could be the crust which is unique.. Possibly corn meal?.. ? ?... No matter.. I'm a Long Beach local for over 18 years and I have never had a bad dining experience at Canadian Pizza. They greet me by my name and whether I order a pizza, a sandwich, or a dessert, I have never been disappointed by the offerings.. Ordered 4 Large Pizzas. Was disappointed with the lack of Pineapple Toppings on 2 of the Pizzas. It's like they ran out and stretched the leftovers. Left a BIG tip before picking up the Pizzas. Mistake ?
