The turn around for food was a little long but there was a whole anime convention happening so I suspect that contributed. The food is worth the time. And the employees checked to let us know what was happening. If I lived there I would be in Donburi Cafe all the time.Wheelchair accessibility: A chair would be tight indoors but the outdoor tables are spacious! The counter is high though.
Nice little Japanese restaurant in the heart of downtown Long Beach!Atmosphere: 10/10This is in an amazing location and I truly hope downtown LB can find a way to recover and flourish again like it used to so this quaint little restaurant will thrive and stick around. The most underrated spot in Long Beach. Everything here is great, but the Nabe Udon is the chef’s kiss … full of veggies, tofu, shrimp tempura, noodles and great broth. You will leave full and satisfied.
