I have to say they have the Best pizza in all of Long Beach, California move over Bounos n Big E The pan took the bout! With their deep dish pan deluxe a must try you will be hooked???
I got what was recommended to me by an acquaintance; the Chicken & Waffle plate. And I agree with him. That chicken breast was fried and seasoned very well. It was pleasantly "different"! The Waffle had a cake-like texture, and it was topped off with blackberry butter, blackberry syrup, and powdered sugar("Holee Macaroni!"). I WILL be revisiting The Pan to try more items on their extensive menu. I'm interested!

The pan is tucked away in this small plaza, which on the weekend it is difficult to park due to the restaurant being busy. We had about a 30 minute wait on a Sunday, which is to be expected. They have many food options from breakfast to lunch. The food was good. I recommend any of the sweet breakfast items.
