My favorite hamburger place in DTLA, if you are getting tired of chain store hamburger in DTLA, then you must try Cassell's, Staffs are nice, and they have some special Burger like the one we tried was B'Fast Burger, they wrap the patty and lettuce with 2 pieces round crispy hash brown instead of bread, really surprise me, and it did taste good as well! Really loved this place! Service was fast , friendly, and welcoming. We found street parking pretty quickly. I got the classic cheeseburger. The burger is quite big and filled me up good. The buns where so light and buttery. The beef is antibiotic & hormone free which was a plus! Their sauce tasted very similar but special in its own way. Also loved the aesthetic inside this place. Pretty good! Buns were a little too toasty for me. Wish they were soft on the inside. But other than that - onion rings were perfect and meat was cooked where it made me forget about the crunchy bun. Prices are a little steep for a burger joint. Glad we dropped by during happy hour!
