This is actually a review for Homegirl's catering service: I hired Homegirl to cater my book launch at the University of Southern California. Nadine was super easy to work with in planning out the kinds of foods I wanted for my event. Abel did an excellent job finding our venue and setting up a delicious spread. Thought I would leave an updated review after having taken my mom who was visiting me from Buffalo, NY to breakfast at Homegirl Cafe recently (on her birthday!!). We both ordered the house coffee (my favorite with the notes of orange) and the veggie omelette. Love, love, love this place the chilaquiles, the coffee, food with a purpose. The coffee cake is the one thing that takes me back to my childhood. I always come here when I need a trip down memory lane.
