The atmosphere is a little sketchy because of it's location and there are always homeless people coming to your window begging for money when you're just trying to get your food and leave. We usually come to this Jack late night so usually its packed and can be overwhelming to wait sometimes. I have been coming late night every so often for a few years and, besides a few times where they were unexpectedly closed, they've not disappointed. Now, I don't really expect fast food workers to be joyful at 1AM on a Tuesday, but the employees are usually cordial and ALWAYS ask about sauce, which makes me happy as someone with drive thru anxiety. I've gotten mobile orders and they are always ready and correct, the food is always fresh and hot, and the line always goes really fast. The reliability is really nice, so it's definitely my preferred drive through nearby. There was also one time I went through with my partner while they were cash only, but we didn't realize they didn't accept $100s. The cashier made an exception and still let us get our food!
