“Great Food, caring and attentive wait staff and host. Everything we had was delicious, made with care, and unique and delicious pizzas. Will definitely be returning to dine at Pizzeria Bianco again ! The friendly, sweet, and caring owner greeted every single table and customer there, thanking them for being there and, asking us how we liked the food. Pizzeria Bianco is a one-of-a-kind gem in Downtown Los Angeles!“
“We live down the street and have been coming here since it reopened. We've had almost everything on the menu as it's rotated through and one word to describe this place is consistent. The food is consistently good, the drinks are consistently good, the ambiance and music in the Bacari bar are consistently good. Even when service is a tad slow or something else happens, you can ALWAYS count on this place being good. It's a rare find in Los Angeles. One note - if the pork chop is still there, oh man, get that. By far the best item we've ever had on the menu.“
“Great slices and great customer service. Might be the best crust in LA. I heard they use something like 27 different flours or something wild. Whatever it is, the attention to detail really shines through. You can tell it’s special just looking at it, but biting in, it’s obviously special. Incredible flavor throughout. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. I’m even tempted to try some of the vegan stuff ??♂️“
“Super!! Had fantastic dining experience at this lovely Italian in West Hollywood. Roast risotto, baby beetroot with goat cheese for starters. Both excellent. Mains of Mushroom Pinsa (with great wild mushrooms) and lasagne. Dessert was tiramisu- totally top. Good wine list. Nice to see the Nebbiolo grape well represented. The people working here are so nice. I’m sure the management know how lucky they are to have such fine staff! In summary, I totally recommend this fine establishment. Suggest you make a reservation as it’s v popular and rightly so.“
“if the pizzas were meant to be shared, I didn't get that memo ? it's the 2nd time I've devoured the Diavola entirely - it is SO incredibly tasty, savory, juicy, spicy.. and the dough! omg.. chewy perfection ?? I've only ordered for pickup - it's a tiny space - a few barstools facing the oven & 4-5 tables as you walk in.. they always look cozy & happy! ?“
“Vicky’s has easily become my favorite place to eat. The staff is very friendly and the food is consistently delicious. This is a great date spot, a place to meet friends or the go-to for take away when you don’t feel like cooking but want something that hits home every time. They have perhaps the best breakfast sandwich in all of LA and everything else on the menu is worth ordering. I highly recommend Vicky’s All Day because I could eat there every day.“
“This place is a very famous pizza restaurant among locals. The pizza here is special. It has a classic yet trendy taste. I love pizza a lot, so I've tried many pizzas. Among them, the taste of this store's pizza always stays in my memory. Also, I highly recommend trying the anchovy pickles that come with the pizza. And you can order cake for dessert; I really enjoyed the Princess Cake. If you love pizza, don't hesitate and go to this store right away.“
“We booked a reservation for inside, they were running behind. Francesca who was hosting immediately greeted us with a glass of champagne complementary and apologized for the wait. Classy and professional. The food is always outstanding. Love this place!“
“We always love visiting Propaganda and this time was no different. The 4 Formaggi & Funghi is my new favorite pizza. This time we tried the boozy pandoro dessert and even 5 days later I'm still thinking of it. Can't wait to go back!“
“Before we went, I read the reviews to find out the largest complaints and prepare for them. But actually our experience was pretty much perfect. We didn’t have to wait much at all (15 min) when we arrived at 7pm on Saturday. This was lucky. The queue very quickly filled while we waited. Some reviews said hostesses were unfriendly—not true at all for us. Others didn’t enjoy their pizza. But we ordered the Sicilian and white pizzas and loved them. They were even good after they cooled down. You should expect a hefty pizza though! It’s not a thin crust pizza. Between two people we had two pizzas and the Caesar salad. This was the perfect amount of food. We also tried two non alcoholic beverages, a wine and a beer. The beer is shockingly good and you cannot tell it has no alcohol. Everyone we interacted with was friendly. The person at the counter who took our order stood out. He was communicative, accommodating, and welcoming. This is a place I am sure we will frequent ?We left around 9:30pm and there was a long line out the door of people waiting. Reservations are recommended.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options are available.“
“Owned by Caitlin and Daniel Cutler Ronan serves Neapolitan Pizza that eschews tradition in favor of local Produce and Proteins inside an understated space with a patio on Melrose.Opened in 2018 and surviving the pandemic with take-out, 2023 adding Sunday Brunch to nightly Dinner service, it is after eyes adjust to the darkened interior that diners sit in posh booths perusing a menu of inspired plates, Pies, biodynamic Wines and Cocktails. In many ways a neighborhood Pizzeria, assuming the neighborhood is attuned to Wood-Oven Pizzas featuring a bubbly Crust with lots of char and chewiness, New Year’s Eve found Ronan offering Caviar in several styles including as an addition to fluffy Focaccia served piping-hot alongside Cultured Butter.Varying the menu seasonally, Brunch additionally quite different from Dinner, Pizzas arrive coursed out in no less than twenty minutes with Margherita expectedly excellent as a result of imported Tomatoes, Basil an Mozz plus a bit of Pecorino. Also featuring a black marble bar within earshot of the oven, perfect for solo diners or couples wanting to watch Dough stretched and fired, Brunch’s Green Eggs & Ham riffs on Dr. Seuss with Mortadella and Ricotta plus a runny Organic Egg while “A Tuscan Winter” puts locally grown Japanese Persimmons on display amidst a backdrop of local Honey and Squash Blossoms.“
“If Italian restaurants in Italy can have a gluten free pasta option then so can Bacetti. Time to get with the 21st century. Other than that, the atmosphere was amazing, as was the wine by the glass selection. Don’t bother trying to find street parking though, go straight for the valet—I wasted 10 minutes thinking I’d find something. Gratuity of 20% is included in your bill but expect average LA service that will provide service at their convenience.“
“Chicago Style Deep Dish is definitely one of the best pizzas I've had and they are always on time with their orders. If you're willing to wait a bit till you get your pizza it's definitely worth it. Specifically the Griffin is amazing and the Main if you're looking for something with traditional toppings. Service is always nice and have no problems with them whatsoever. It's a cool touch considering that in the morning it's a bakery and later in the evening it turns into a pizza place. I would definitely recommend coming here.“
“Our kids’ band was playing at the Paramount upstairs and we had time before the show to eat - O M G ? the Cherry Bomb pizza, lemon pepper wings, DILL ranch, hibiscus margarita- were all incredible! It was so good that we came back the next day and ordered the same items to go. Great atmosphere and delicious food - thank you!“
“We had reservation around 7.45pm arrived early so while waiting outside you can order drinks from the bar so that helps.Food is excelent.Ambience is great, little loud inside but not obnoxious. Our server was super attentive. Would go back here again.Parking: Valet.Wheelchair accessibility: They have the mini elevator.“
“Simply incredible. This is one place I try to make detours to visit when I can, so I guess that's worth two Michelin Stars. Incredibly diverse menu, top tier ingredients, cooked perfectly; and it's not greasy so you can enjoy much more delicious pizza!“
“Best pizza in LA cause it's from Italy duhh Best stuffs around just maybe use the real buffalo mozzarella or have it available on pizzas - I just get the worst farts from your fior di latte ... you know so like maybe put a ball or 2 in that kitchen for all your lactose intolerant folks - also it's more Italian anyway Forza azzurri and thank you“
“Great atmosphere. Hip hop & pop music. Great vibe. Friendly staff. Server and other staff members were very patient and informative about the menu & wines. Food was good. If you order garlic bread request extra butter, delicious ?.“
“Every single time I’ve come here with friends of family I’m amazed at how delicious the food is. Every plate in the menu is unique and amazing. The ambience is also perfect for dates, birthdays, work dinner, etc. It’s one of my favorite Italian places in LA.Parking: Parking garage fee is validated by the restaurant so it’s free“
“I love this pizza , I costume made mine , is price but I don really care I treat my self ones a months my pizza usually cost 25 dlrs because I put so many toppings , but I love it !!!! And the service omg amazing thank you for making do happy went I eat your pizza !!“
“Visiting LA and so happy I found this restaurant! Amazing food!! Had the Broccoli and I would come back to LA for that alone. The Gluten Free crust was delicious, friends who are non GF had no idea. 10/10!! Make a reservation as it was pretty busy.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free“
“Great place for a legit NY type of pizza. The atmosphere is great for adults and children. Location is prime. And the pizza was delicious. And they sell by the slice! Big slice!Kid-friendliness: There is a section designed like the NYC subway“
“The welcoming was excellent by the manager and the flexibility to change from outdoor to indoor seating. The food was great. The steak was perfectly cooked and the octopus was tender and savory. The green beans were the exception to the excellence. They were too spicy and it tasted oddly. Manager made it right for us. Thank you!“
“Came here for brunch with a large group and got the Cheeky Ri (highly recommend). Service was fast and attentive especially for a big group but most of all it was the best brunch I've had in years. Will be coming back and recommend to anyone.“
“A small business that has perfected the art of making pizza. I ordered a regular thin slice cheese pizza as well as a square pepperoni with spicy honey and the square with vodka sauce, and they were absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, but it's important to note that they close early in the afternoon, so be sure to check their hours of operation. Additionally, there is no seating available, so you will have to stand while you eat.“
“If you're looking for a slice of heaven, look no further than Picasso Pie! This family-owned gem serves up some of the best wood-fired thin crust pizza I've ever had. And let me tell you, I'm a pizza connoisseur - it takes a lot to impress me!Not only is the pizza amazing, but the staff is cool and friendly, adding to the overall experience. The space is very clean and well-designed, giving off a hip vibe that makes you feel right at home.So if you're in the mood for a delicious pie with a side of good vibes, Picasso Pie is the place to be. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!Sean“
“"Caccio y Pepi" is the best! it has a white sauce and cheeses whose names I've never heard of that are so delicious. I can't even explain it. I couldn't believe I could get delivery all the way over towards Pasadena when they are far over towards the west side. It was worth the extra expense of delivery. Their pizza taste just like you are back in Italy. I know. I'm Italian!“
“Obsessed! Among a sea of fancy, loud pizza places in LA, Heirloom stands on their own merit. I drive quite a bit just to visit this spot. The pizza is fresh, balanced, and delicious, the place is comfy, and the owners are kind. My ONLY complaint is that they’re not open more often (I always crave them on Friday).“
“Without a doubt one of the best pizzas in town. I have tried the variety of Diego's pizza recipes and he nails it every time. Support this local small business, you won't regret it. And by the way, his Chicago deep dish is going to blow your mind.“
“A favorite of mine. Beautiful, thoughtfully crafted and big wide open space with indoor and outdoor dining.Great staff. I love the groceries they carry along with the natural wine corner. There's an awesome book aisle as well. But the food...consistent and delicious.Pizza, burgers, short rib plates, wings, salad, breakfast burritos...SO TASTY!They have coffee, ice cream, beer, wine, etc.“
“Ayleeen was awesome! Great customer service and was so helpful! She was so patient with us! As well gave us options to choose from! Will come back again! The food was great! We loved the pizza , mojos, and chicken !! We forgot to take a picture of the before because of how hot fresh and good looking the food was!! Thank you so much !!“
“Solid slice of cheese, crust was very good also. The very first time I got a pizza here, I was not that impressed because it was delivered and slightly cold already which made the pizza little soggy. I would reheat in a pan again for that extra crunch at the bottom. When you go there and grab a slice it's very good, perfectly reheated for you with a nice crunch.“
“Nice spot on the south end of York to share beers and hang with friends! Plenty of seating indoors with a nice enclosed patio in back. Darts, board games, etc. seating for two or large parties. Pizza is solid with a good variety of in-house beers.?Parking: May have to look around for parking on weekends. Not too far away, though.“
“My brother, dad, and myself needed a place to hangout for a while so we could talk; and we’re so happy we chose this place. The pizza was amazing, the service was top tier (the two people there working were super personable), and the prices were reasonable. If you ever need pizza, go here.“
“I very rarely am impressed to the point of "I can't wait to come back and eat here again". However, Gio's stuffed pizza was so amazing that I am doomed to want to keep coming back here for more. Haven't tried the NY Style pizza yet but that too will come in time. However, that stuffed pizza has me hooked. Props and hats off to you Gio.“
“This place is amazing. They have extraordinary, innovative pizzas. I’m honestly blown away. The crispy edges on the crust are bomb, and the spicy oil they have is amazing. It has crunchy bits in it, peanuts and whatnot. And the innovation can’t be overstated. Read the menu. You’re not finding pizzas with these ingredients anywhere else. The place itself is a bit hard to find, tucked away in an alley. The art deco interior is charming. Please go here and eat the pizza. Or order the pizza online. Get it. Eat it. Try every one. Eat the pizza!!!“
“Really delicious, fresh pasta & fantastic service! Our water cups were never empty. We had reserved for a high top but they were able to find a table for us. They also were able to accommodate a picky child in our group and let us bring a birthday cake. Also, the cocktails and wine selection were very solid.“
“What a delicious restaurant with authentic Ukrainian food. We traveled here from the Bay Area and were shocked to find a place that served only Ukrainian dishes. We got the varenyky with cabbage, borscht, Syrniki with custard, holubtsi , kompot (juice from berries) and nalisniki (crepe with chicken and mushroom. Everything was perfect. The service was also great, the server was attentive and he always made sure we enjoyed everything. Everything was very clean and well decorated. I love the Ukrainian music as well !! :)“
“We went with 0 expectations, and we were amazed. The place from outside looks closed, no windows, like a storage place, and the first impression when ypu go inside is that is only delivery, but if you walk though the door, you'll see tables in the back and even how they make the pizzas. There are large tables to share.Great place to visit, and have a nice pizza ?Parking: They have parking for customersWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly“
“My first experience here was wonderful, we were seated about 2 minutes after walking in. After we were seated, our appetizers arrived immediately. They were courteous and our waiter made sure that our drinks were constantly full. Amazing tasting food and at the end a small slice of cake to compliment the experience. High recommended and I'll be returning.“
“Surprisingly wonderful. I didn’t know what to expect as it operates like a takeout but there is some counter space and a couple sidewalk tables to eat. Honestly, this pizza is DELICIOUS! It’s a sourdough crispy edge crust with incredibly delicious tomatoes. This will become a regular of mine and it is definitely worth a try. You will not be disappointed. You might want to ask for extra cheese. Yummy!“
“Lodge bread is an eatery that I often have a desire for. I’ve been there for breakfast and lunch. The food is always good. The flavor and texture of the bread they make is wonderful.I was there on a Saturday afternoon. I was ordering a sandwich and made a minor modification request. I was told they couldn’t do that even though I always make that request. I don’t know what the server was thinking, but as soon as I pushed the issue a little, she made the change. Why she pushback and the attitude I got after I insisted she make the substitution, it was very offputting. Today’s review as well as the tip she received, I’ve made my point.“
“My family and I come here pretty regularly. The food and service is always fantastic! We especially love the garlic knots, the wings and the meatballs. Pizza is incredible as well! The fettucine alfredo is REALLY delicious as well, one of the best I've ever had. One thing we were not impressed with however was the chocolate cake, so I wouldn't recommend it. But then again we don't come here for the dessert!“
“Great fresh pizza with plenty of vegan options. Yay! Lovely service as well. The crust was thin as promised but the bottom was a tad bit too dark to my taste (over baked?). My kids also enjoyed the pizza, and the slices are well sized and reasonably priced.Vegetarian options: Yummy vegan cheese and protein“
“Long story short, give this place a go! The staff was VERY friendly and gave great recommendations. The portions were amazing for the price and I enjoyed the entire meal. My partner and I both got the chicken kabab plate and the entire time we were eating we were commenting on how great and fresh everything was. The owner(?)/manager(?) came out during our meal and gave us a small slice of honey cake on the house, which really hit the spot! We both give two thumbs up and will be putting this place into our rotation.“
“9th of December 2023I found you guys on the website. So I give you guys a call. Before you guys close. This is my first time trying your pizza. I order the Supreme. It was just the right touch. The crust was great, the ingredients was perfect ?. I will definitely order from you guys again. In Hawaiian I want to give a perfect 10 SHAKA ??????????. And MERRY CHRISTMAS ?????☃️⛄️And A HAPPY NEW YEAR ?? .“
“Great cafe especially weekday brunch! We hike to the Hollywood Sign from Innsdale Trailhead and then go to Beachwood cafe for brunch after and as a people watching spot. Monday to Friday you can park curbside on all of Beachwood above Belden all day! The posted signs mean that on weekends and holidays you need to park Beachwood below Belden or on Belden between 8AM and 6PM. Walk in neighborhood in Old Hollywood neighborhood is good for after a big breakfast.“
“Ordered through DoorDash several times and this place always hit the spot, always comes in hot still and crunchy. The crust is the best part! The Supreme and Pepperoni pizza are my favorite. The cheese breads are ok. Overall great food, good quality and decent pricing.“
“Great pizza (& good tiramisu too), but good luck getting a pizza within 90 mins OR even getting them on the phone!!! The last 2 times I've tried getting a pie from them, I've been unsuccessful...UPDATE: They have been much better the past couple of times - still really good pizza, AND great prices! Changing to 5 stars...“
“Very interesting location being in KTown in a small strip mall (with parking!) and a block away from some hip bars like Lock & Key. There is also metered parking across the street but if you come late enough, it should be free. We came not knowing it was a vegetarian restaurant (our bad) but that didn't matter. The food was delicious nonetheless. Walking in, it feels boho chic with some sculptures and paintings of ancient beings (?). Menu is on the QR code where you can order and pay through your phone but the servers are there to help if anything.Squash Blossoms: Lightly battered, filled with ricotta, and fried with a pumpkin seed sauce that reminded me of satay sauce. The combo of cheese and sauce was a great contrasts. Comes with only 3 blossoms so kind of pricey for what it is but deliciousRoasted Cauliflower: Solid but I really like roasted cauliflower. Good portion and good proportion of cauliflower to sauceSpouting Brassica: Tangy and reminded me of the sweet chili thai sauce that you can get from the market. Fennel is not something I generally look to order but it didn't taste licorice-y maybe masked by the sauce.Jackfruit Barbacoa Fusili: The fusili was al dente, which is always great. Jackfruit felt like it was missing or lack the punch I usually associate with jackfruit. It's a solid dish though with the tomato and cheese sauce.Anderson Pizza: A bit too many conflicting flavors. Jalapeno + kimchee didn't seem to work for me. Pizza crust was good though but too many things going on and would've preferred a lighter pizza focusing on one flavor. They also specialize in wines. I got a cab but it was very light without much tannins, which was interesting. Tasty but unexpected.Overall, a solid meal with some hits, good and friendly service, and a cool vibe for a easy meal.“
